Claims (8)
- スタック内に配置されるとともに、端部部材と、燃料、酸化剤、および冷却剤のうちの少なくとも一つの流れのための流路を有している複数の燃料電池部材と、
前記端部部材に隣接して配置された圧力/端部板集電体と、
を含む、燃料電池スタックアッセンブリにおいて、
前記端部部材は、多孔質黒鉛基体からなるコンプライアンス部材であることを特徴とする燃料電池スタックアッセンブリ。 - 前記燃料電池部材のそれぞれは、カソード水移動板と、アノード板とを備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載のアッセンブリ。
- 前記燃料電池部材間に配置された一体化電極アッセンブリをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項2記載のアッセンブリ。
- 前記コンプライアンス部材は、含浸された縁部シールを有する黒鉛質基体から成ることを特徴とする請求項3記載のアッセンブリ。
- 前記コンプライアンス部材は、導電性高分子緩衝材を備えることを特徴とする請求項3記載のアッセンブリ。
- 前記高分子緩衝材は、反応物の漏れを許す値よりは小さく、かつ、前記圧力/端部板集電体において既知の環境を提供するのに十分な値と等しいかそれより大きな、気体透過性を有していることを特徴とする請求項5記載のアッセンブリ。
- 前記コンプライアンス部材は、前記圧力/端部板集電体上に黒鉛粒子の層を備えることを特徴とする請求項3記載のアッセンブリ。
- 前記コンプライアンス部材は、黒鉛基体と外部シールガスケットとを備えており、黒鉛基体は、外部シールガスケット内に嵌まり込むことを特徴とする請求項3記載のアッセンブリ。
