Claims (7)
- 互いに異なる温度域を持つ作動ガスが保持された空間に、前記温度域の境界としての再生器を設け、この再生器の両側の高温空間および低温空間の容積変化と作動ガスの移動を利用して熱と動力との変換を行う熱機関において、前記高温空間および低温空間それぞれに対し、作動ガスの容積変化をもたらすとともに、前記作動ガスの圧力変化を受けて、動力を伝達するパワーピストンを各一つ、計二つ設け、前記作動ガスを前記高温空間と低温空間との間を移動させるディスプレーサを設け、前記二つのパワーピストンを、互いに位相差を持たせつつ相対移動させてアルファ型のスターリングサイクルの要素を持たせたことを特徴とする熱機関。
- 前記ディスプレーサを、互いに180度の位相差で運動する二つのピストンで構成し、前記高温空間および低温空間にそれぞれ一つ配置したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱機関。
- 互いに異なる温度域を持つ作動ガスが保持された空間に、前記温度域の境界としての再生器を設け、この再生器の両側の高温空間および低温空間の容積変化と作動ガスの移動を利用して熱と動力との変換を行う熱機関において、前記高温空間と低温空間とのいずれかに対し、作動ガスの容積変化をもたらすとともに、前記作動ガスの圧力変化を受けて、動力を伝達するパワーピストンを一つ設け、前記作動ガスを前記高温空間と低温空間との間を移動させる、前記パワーピストンより受圧面積の大きなディスプレーサを、互いに180度の位相差で運動する二つのピストンで構成して前記高温空間および低温空間にそれぞれ一つ配置したことを特徴とする熱機関。
- 前記二つのパワーピストンのうちいずれか一方と、前記二つのディスプレーサのうちいずれか一方とを互いに一体化したことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の熱機関。
- 前記二つのパワーピストンのうちいずれか他方と、前記二つのディスプレーサのうちいずれか他方とを、相互間をシールしつつ相対移動可能に設けたことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の熱機関。
- 前記ディスプレーサおよび前記パワーピストンをそれぞれ備えた一つの熱機関ユニットを、その配列方向に複数積層し、前記隣接する熱機関ユニット相互間に、この各熱機関ユニット相互で共用する一つのディスプレーサまたはパワーピストンを配置したことを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載の熱機関。
- 前記パワーピストンと前記ディスプレーサとの少なくともいずれか一方に、コンプレッサを連結したことを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の熱機関。
