Claims (29)
- 主体管腔が主脈管の壁を備え、主脈管の壁の一部が管腔口に対向しており、主体管腔から分岐体管腔へと開口している管腔口に配置するプロテーゼにおいて、
半径方向に拡大可能なスカフォードと、
該スカフォードの一端から軸線方向に延びている少なくとも2つの周方向アンカーとを有し、該アンカーは、スカフォードの前記一端が管腔口に隣接するようにしてスカフォードが移植されたときに、軸線方向に延びかつ主脈管の壁を拡大可能に包囲しかつ管腔口に対向する主脈管の壁の部分に到達するのに充分な長さを有し、前記アンカーがプロテーゼに対して曲ることおよび回転することの両方を可能にすることを特徴とするプロテーゼ。 - 前記スカフォードの端部から軸線方向に延びている少なくとも3つの周方向アンカーを有することを特徴とする請求項1記載のプロテーゼ。
- 前記アンカーは、半径方向拡大の前のスカフォードの直径の少なくとも1.5倍の軸線方向長さを有することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のプロテーゼ。
- 前記アンカーは、少なくとも2mmの軸線方向長さを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載のプロテーゼ。

- バルーンカテーテルに取付けられることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項記載のプロテーゼ。
- 前記アンカーが少なくとも6mmの軸線方向長さを有していることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか1項記載のプロテーゼ。
- 少なくとも5つのアンカーを有していることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか1項記載のプロテーゼ。
- 少なくとも1つの前記アンカーは、スカフォードから軸線方向に延び、そしてスカフォードの略縦軸方向に巻きながら延びている螺旋状のアンカーであることを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれか1項記載のプロテーゼ。
- 少なくとも1つの前記アンカーは、スカフォードから軸線方向に延び、そしてスカフォードの略縦軸方向に一定の半径で巻きながら延びている螺旋状のアンカーであることを特徴とする請求項1〜14のいずれか1項記載のプロテーゼ。
- 主体管腔が主脈管の壁を備え、主脈管の壁の一部が管腔口に対向しており、主体管腔から分岐体管腔へと開口している管腔口に配置するプロテーゼにおいて、半径方向に拡大可能なスカフォードと、該スカフォードの一端から延びている少なくとも1つのアンカーとを有し、該アンカーは、スカフォードの前記一端が管腔口に隣接するようにしてスカフォードが移植されたときに、主脈管の壁を包囲しかつ管腔口に対向する主脈管の壁の部分に到達するのに充分な長さを有していることを特徴とするプロテーゼ。
- 前記アンカーはスカフォードから半径が一定の螺旋状に延びていることを特徴とする請求項16記載のプロテーゼ。
- 前記アンカーが少なくとも6mmの軸線方向長さを有していることを特徴とする請求項16または17記載のプロテーゼ。
- 少なくとも3つのアンカーを有していることを特徴とする請求項16〜18のいずれか1項記載のプロテーゼ。
- 少なくとも5つのアンカーを有していることを特徴とする請求項16〜18のいずれか1項記載のプロテーゼ。
- 更に放射線透過性マーカを備えていることを特徴とする請求項16〜20のいずれか1項記載のプロテーゼ。
- 少なくとも1つの前記アンカーは、スカフォードの端部から縦軸方向に延び、そしてスカフォードの略縦軸方向に巻きながら延びている螺旋状のアンカーであることを特徴とする請求項16〜21のいずれか1項記載のプロテーゼ。
- 少なくとも1つの前記アンカーは、スカフォードの端部から長手方向に延び、そしてスカフォードの略縦軸方向に一定の半径で巻きながら延びている螺旋状アンカーであることを特徴とする請求項16〜21のいずれか1項記載のプロテーゼ。
- 少なくとも第一壁パターンを備えた半径方向に拡大可能なスカフォードと、前記第一壁パターンとは異なる第二壁パターンを備えた領域を有する前記アンカーを備え、前記第二壁パターンは、前記アンカーがプロテーゼに対して曲ることおよび回転することの両方を可能にすることを特徴とする請求項16〜23いずれか1項記載のプロテーゼ。
- バルーンカテーテルに取付けられることを特徴とする請求項16〜24のいずれか1項記載のプロテーゼ。
- 少なくとも2つの前記周方向アンカーは、定置した時、その端部近接が互いに平行になるよう配置されることを可能にすることを特徴とする請求項1〜15のいずれか1項記載のプロテーゼ。
- 前記アンカーは、定置した時、アンカーのすべてが主体管腔において流れを遡る同じ方向に配置されることを可能にすることを特徴とする請求項1〜15あるいは26のいずれか1項記載のプロテーゼ。
- 少なくとも2つの前記アンカーは、定置した時、その端部近接が互いに平行になるよう配置されることを可能にすることを特徴とする請求項16〜25のいずれか1項記載のプロテーゼ。
- 少なくとも1つの前記アンカーは、定置した時、アンカーのすべてが主体管腔において流れを遡る同じ方向に配置されることを可能にすることを特徴とする請求項16〜25あるいは28のいずれか1項記載のプロテーゼ。
