Abstract
【解決手段】半径方向に拡大可能なスカフォードと、該スカフォードから延びている少なくとも2つの周方向アンカーとを有するプロテーゼ。プロテーゼは、主体管腔と分岐管腔との間の管腔口を横切って配置される。スカフォードは分岐管腔内で拡大され、周方向アンカーは主体管腔の壁に一致するように外方に変形される。任意であるが、第一プロテーゼが定置された後に、主体管腔内に第二プロテーゼを配置することができる。

Claims (22)
- 主体管腔から分岐体管腔へと開口している管腔口に配置するプロテーゼにおいて、
半径方向に拡大可能なスカフォードと、
該スカフォードの端部から軸線方向に延びている少なくとも2つの周方向アンカーとを有し、該アンカーは、スカフォードの一端が管腔口に隣接するようにしてスカフォードが分岐管腔内に移植されたときに、軸線方向に延びかつ主脈管の壁の少なくとも1/2の領域内に亘って該領域を拡大可能に包囲できることを特徴とするプロテーゼ。 - 前記スカフォードの端部から軸線方向に延びている少なくとも3つの周方向アンカーを有することを特徴とする請求項1記載のプロテーゼ。
- 前記アンカーは、半径方向拡大の前のスカフォードの幅の少なくとも1.5倍の軸線方向長さを有することを特徴とする請求項1記載のプロテーゼ。
- 前記アンカーは、少なくとも2mmの軸線方向長さを有することを特徴とする請求項1記載のプロテーゼ。

主脈管の壁の少なくとも一部を包囲しかつアンカーを通る通路を開くように、アンカーを周方向に変形させる段階とを有することを特徴とする方法。 - 少なくとも3つの周方向アンカーが主体管腔内に延入することを特徴とする請求項11記載の方法。
- 前記プロテーゼを位置決めする段階は、プロテーゼおよびデリバリバルーンの少なくとも一方に設けられた可視マーカと、管腔口とを整合させることを含むことを特徴とする請求項11記載の方法。
- 前記管腔は血管であることを特徴とする請求項11記載の方法。
- 前記スカフォードは、該スカフォード内で拡大されるバルーンにより拡大されることを特徴とする請求項11記載の方法。
- 前記アンカーは、該アンカーを通って横方向に配置されたバルーンを拡大することにより変形されることを特徴とする請求項15記載の方法。
- 前記スカフォードおよびアンカーは、同じバルーンにより拡大および変形されることを特徴とする請求項16記載の方法。
- 前記スカフォードおよびアンカーは、異なるバルーンにより拡大および変形されることを特徴とする請求項16記載の方法。
- 前記アンカーを通る通路内に第二プロテーゼを定置する段階を更に有することを特徴とする請求項11記載の方法。
- 前記第二プロテーゼは、アンカーの変形のために予配置されたガイドワイヤ上で交換されるバルーンカテーテルにより定置されることを特徴とする請求項19記載の方法。
- 前記アンカーは、第二プロテーゼの定置により変形されることを特徴とする請求項19記載の方法。
- 定置された第二ステントは、主体管腔の壁上で、管腔口からのアンカーの長さに亘ってアンカーを支持することを特徴とする請求項19記載の方法。
