Description
本発明の1つの態様によれば、この方法は、
a.トランスポンダと、少なくとも圧力センサを有するタイヤタグと、を含むタイヤ用タグ手段を製造するステップと、
b.前記圧力センサをタグ機能のために較正するステップと、
c.タグ識別および較正データをタグメモリに書き込むステップと、
d.前記タイヤ用タグ手段をタイヤ製造業者に搬送するステップと、
e.タグとアンテナのアセンブリを製造するステップと、
f.前記のタグとアンテナのアセンブリをタイヤに組み込むステップと、
g.タイヤ識別用データをタグメモリに書き込むステップと、
h.前記タイヤをOEMに搬送するステップと、
i.乗り物システムを初期化するステップと、
j.前記タイヤ識別用データを前記タグメモリから前記乗り物の電子制御ユニットに読み出すステップと、
k.前記タイヤ識別用データを前記電子制御ユニットからOEMのデータベースにアップロードするステップと、
を有する。
本発明の実施態様によれば、この方法は、前記タイヤをOEMに搬送する前に、OEM部品番号を前記タグメモリに書き込むステップを有する。本発明の他の実施態様によれば、この方法は、前記乗り物電子制御ユニット内の前記タイヤ識別用データを、前記乗り物の耐用年数にわたって前記乗り物によって使用されたタイヤの前記タイヤ識別用データに対して確認するステップを有する。
「軸線方向の」および「軸線方向に」は、タイヤの回転の軸線に平行なラインまたは方向を意味する。

Claims (3)
- タイヤベースのセンサ装置を有する乗り物において、タイヤ識別用データとOEM乗り物識別用データを統合する方法であって、
a.トランスポンダと、少なくとも圧力センサを有するタイヤタグと、を含むタイヤ用タグ手段を製造するステップと、
b.前記圧力センサをタグ機能のために較正するステップと、
c.タグ識別および較正データをタグメモリに書き込むステップと、
d.前記タイヤ用タグ手段をタイヤ製造業者に搬送するステップと、
e.タグとアンテナのアセンブリを製造するステップと、
f.前記のタグとアンテナのアセンブリをタイヤに組み込むステップと、
g.タイヤ識別用データをタグメモリに書き込むステップと、
h.前記タイヤをOEMに搬送するステップと、
i.乗り物システムを初期化するステップと、
j.前記タイヤ識別用データを前記タグメモリから前記乗り物の電子制御ユニットに読み出すステップと、
k.前記タイヤ識別用データを前記電子制御ユニットからOEMのデータベースにアップロードするステップと、
を有する、タイヤ識別用データとOEM乗り物識別用データを統合する方法。 - 前記タイヤをOEMに搬送する前に、OEM部品番号を前記タグメモリに書き込むステップを有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記乗り物の電子制御ユニット内の前記タイヤ識別用データを、前記乗り物の耐用年数にわたって前記乗り物によって使用されたタイヤの前記タイヤ識別用データに対して確認するステップを有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
