Description
開示された実施形態の対応する部品、一部または表面を、単に例示するために、制限的ではなく説明的に参照すると、本発明は広義に、改良された圧力制御装置(20)を提供する。改良された装置は広義に、圧力ポート(22)および戻りポート(23)を有する制御可能な可変容量形可逆油圧モータ(21)と、加圧流体源(Ps)と、流体帰路(R)と、源と戻りポートと圧力ポートの間に動作可能な状態で挿入された圧力調整弁(24)とを含み、弁は、圧力ポートを通る流れの方向に関係なく、圧力ポートにて所定の圧力を維持するように動作可能な状態で配置構成される。これに関して、圧力調整弁から圧力ポートへの流れは、「対向」負荷を動作させるプラスのモータ排出量を表し、圧力ポートから圧力調整弁への流れは、「助成」負荷の状態を特徴付ける。
Claims (9)
- 圧力制御装置(20)であって、
圧力ポート(22)および戻りポート(23)を有する制御可能な可変排出量油圧モータ(21)と、
加圧流体(Ps)の源と、
流体帰路(R)と、
前記源と帰路と圧力ポートの間に動作自在に挿入された圧力調整弁(24)であり、前記圧力調整弁は、前記圧力ポートを通る流れの方向に関係なく、前記圧力ポートにて所定の圧力を維持するように動作自在に配置構成されるものであり、前記圧力調整弁は、弁スプール(26)と、圧力ポートに連通する第一スプール端室(28)と、第二スプール端室(29)とを有する、圧力調整弁と、
前記加圧流体(Ps)の源と前記流体帰路(R)と前記第二スプール端室(29)との間に動作自在に配置された電磁三方パイロット弁(25)と、を有する前記圧力制御装置。 - 前記モータが可変角度斜板を含む請求項1に記載の圧力制御装置。
- 前記圧力調整弁が三方弁である請求項1に記載の圧力制御装置。
- 圧力調整弁(24)が、前記圧力ポートにおける圧力を増加させる方向に前記弁スプールを動作させるように付勢する前記第2スプール端室に関連するバイアス付与手段を有する請求項1に記載の圧力制御装置。
- 前記バイアス付与手段が前記第2スプール端室内のばねを含む請求項4に記載の圧力制御装置。
- 前記バイアス付与手段が前記第2スプール端室内の流体の圧力を含む請求項4に記載の圧力制御装置。
- 前記第2スプール端室内での圧力が前記加圧流体(Ps)の源および前記流体帰路(R)の一方の圧力である請求項4に記載の圧力制御装置。
- 前記圧力調整弁が、前記圧力ポートにおける圧力を減少させる方向に動作させるように前記弁スプールにバイアス付与する前記第一スプール端室に関連するピストン手段(50)を有し、前記ピストン手段が前記加圧流体(Ps)の源の圧力で負荷される請求項4に記載の圧力制御装置。
- 流体の流れが前記圧力ポートから出る時、対応する流れが前記モータ戻りポートへと向けられる請求項1に記載の圧力制御装置。
