上記(請求項1)の無延伸フィルムの製造方法において、前記の境界部に生じる凹凸スジを、検出手段を用いて検出すること(請求項2)を特徴とし、また
上記(請求項1または2)の無延伸フィルムの製造方法において、前記の熱可塑性樹脂Aと前記の熱可塑性樹脂Bを前記の押出用Tダイから吐出する際に、前記の熱可塑性樹脂Bを前記の熱可塑性樹脂Aの厚さよりも不可避的に厚くなる部分のみとなるように前記の無延伸フィルムに製膜すること(請求項3)を特徴とする。
上記(請求項4)の樹脂被覆金属板の製造方法において、前記の境界部に生じる凹凸スジを、検出手段を用いて検出すること(請求項5)を特徴とし、また
上記(請求項4または5)の樹脂被覆金属板の製造方法において、前記の熱可塑性樹脂Aと前記の熱可塑性樹脂Bを前記の押出用Tダイから吐出する際に、前記の熱可塑性樹脂Aの両側に並存させる前記の熱可塑性樹脂Bを、前記の熱可塑性樹脂Aの厚さよりも不可避的に厚くなる部分のみとなるようにして前記の金属板上に押し出すこと(請求項6)を特徴とする。
上記(請求項7)の無延伸フィルムの製造装置において、Tダイから並存して吐出される前記の目的とする熱可塑性樹脂Aと前記の熱可塑性樹脂Bとの境界部に生じる凹凸スジを検出する検出手段が設けられてなること(請求項8)を特徴とする。
(実施例1)
無延伸フィルムに製膜する熱可塑性樹脂Aとしてポリエステル樹脂(エチレンテレフタレート/エチレンイソフタレート共重合体(エチレンイソフタレート10モル%)、融点:220℃)を押出機A1を用いて260℃に加熱して溶融し、熱可塑性樹脂Aの両端部に並存させる熱可塑性樹脂Bとして低密度ポリエチレン(融点:145℃)に、着色成分としてTiO2を25重量%添加した樹脂を押出機B1を用いて200℃に加熱して溶融した。次いで、押出機A1から加熱溶融した熱可塑性樹脂Aを、隣接したヒーターで260℃に加熱した1本の溶融樹脂供給用の管A2を経て、押出機B1から加熱溶融した熱可塑性樹脂Bを、隣接したヒーターでそれぞれ200℃に加熱した2本の溶融樹脂供給用の管B2を経てフィードブロック1に供給した。フィードブロック1内中央には溶融樹脂供給用の管A2が貫通しており、その下部の両側に溶融樹脂供給用の管B2を管A2の樹脂供給方向に対して50°の角度で斜め上方から連設し、合流部に穿設された長軸が加熱溶融樹脂の流れ方向と平行方向で短軸が加熱溶融樹脂の流れ方向と直角方向である楕円形状の上側の約半分が閉塞され、かつ閉塞部に突起を設けた形状の孔B3aおよび孔B3bから熱可塑性樹脂Bを溶融樹脂供給用の管A2内に押し出し、熱可塑性樹脂Aの両端に熱可塑性樹脂Bを並存するようにした。次いで、製膜後の熱可塑性樹脂Aの部分の幅が約80cm、熱可塑性樹脂Aの両端の上下に熱可塑性樹脂Bが入り込んで約2cmの幅のラップ部が形成された熱可塑性樹脂Bの部分の幅がそれぞれ約10cmとなるようにTダイ2内部に設けられたマニフォルド6で拡幅し、Tダイ2の下方に配設されたダイリップ3から補助ロールを経て連続的に回転するキャスティングロール(冷却ロール)4上に落下させて冷却固化させ、幅約1mの樹脂フィルムに製膜した。このようにして製膜したフィルムにおいては、図2に示すような熱可塑性樹脂Aの端部の上下に熱可塑性樹脂Bが入り込んだラップ部(境界部)5が形成されており、熱可塑性樹脂Bが補助ロールに粘着して巻き付くことなく製膜することができた。また、ラップ部5(境界部)に生じた凹凸スジを、CCDカメラで検出した。次いで熱可塑性樹脂Aで被覆された熱可塑性樹脂Bのラップ部(境界部)5を、熱可塑性樹脂Aのみからなる部分をわずかに含むようにしてカッターを用いて切断除去し、熱可塑性樹脂Aのみからなる幅75cmの無延伸樹脂フィルムとしてコイラーに巻き取った。
実施例1の樹脂フィルム製膜に用いた製膜装置において、冷却ロール4に替えて金属板として、アンコイラーから巻解かれて連続的に供給される厚さ:0.3mm、幅:75cmの亜鉛めっき鋼板を通板し、この亜鉛めっき鋼板上に実施例1と同様の熱可塑性樹脂Aと熱可塑性樹脂Bを実施例1と同様にして加熱溶融し、熱可塑性樹脂Aの両端に熱可塑性樹脂Bが並存するようにしてTダイ2の下方に配設されたダイリップ3から亜鉛めっき鋼板上に吐出して積層被覆した。このようにして吐出された熱可塑性樹脂は、熱可塑性樹脂Aの両端の上下には熱可塑性樹脂Bが入り込んで約2cmの幅のラップ部(境界部)が形成されてなる熱可塑性樹脂Bの部分の幅がそれぞれ約10cmである、全幅が約1mの熱可塑性樹脂であることをラップ部(境界部)に生じた凹凸スジをCCDカメラを用いて検出して確認した。すなわち、亜鉛めっき鋼板の幅方向の両端には、熱可塑性樹脂Aと熱可塑性樹脂Bのラップ部および熱可塑性樹脂Bがはみ出したので、このはみ出した樹脂部分をカッターで切断除去し、亜鉛めっき鋼板上の全面が熱可塑性樹脂Aで積層被覆された樹脂被覆亜鉛めっき鋼板としてコイラーに巻き取った。
また、本発明の樹脂被覆金属板の製造方法は、目的とする熱可塑性樹脂A部分よりも不可避的に厚く製膜される目的とする熱可塑性樹脂Aで被覆された別の熱可塑性樹脂B部分が金属板の両端外部にはみ出すように押し出して被覆した後、はみ出たラップ部を含む別の熱可塑性樹脂B部分を切断除去するので、目的とする熱可塑性樹脂Aの除去量を少量にして金属板の全面が被覆されて樹脂被覆金属板とするので、目的とする熱可塑性樹脂Aを殆どロスすることなく、安価で少量ずつ他品種で製造する場合に好適に適用することができる。

Claims (8)
- 無延伸フィルムとして製膜する熱可塑性樹脂Aと該熱可塑性樹脂A以外の別の熱可塑性樹脂Bをそれぞれ別個の押出機で加熱溶融し、それぞれの押出機に連設された溶融樹脂供給用の管に供給し、前記の熱可塑性樹脂Aを供給する管の下部の両側に孔を穿設し、これらの両側に穿設した孔に前記の別の熱可塑性樹脂Bを供給する管の端部を連設してなるフィードブロックに加熱溶融した前記の熱可塑性樹脂Aと前記の熱可塑性樹脂Bを供給し、次いで前記のフィードブロックに連設されたマニフォルドで拡幅し、前記の熱可塑性樹脂Aの両側に前記の熱可塑性樹脂Bが並存する状態で前記押出用Tダイのダイリップからキャスティングロール上に押し出すことにより、加熱溶融した前記の熱可塑性樹脂Aの両側に前記の熱可塑性樹脂Bが並存するように吐出してキャスティングロール上に押し出し、前記の熱可塑性樹脂Aの両側に前記の熱可塑性樹脂Bが並存してなる無延伸フィルムに製膜した後、前記熱可塑性樹脂B部分を切断除去する無延伸フィルムの製造方法において、前記の熱可塑性樹脂Bの溶融樹脂を供給する管が熱可塑性樹脂Aを供給する管と合流する部分における熱可塑性樹脂Aを供給する管の下部の両側に穿孔された孔の断面形状を、長軸が熱可塑性樹脂Aの加熱溶融樹脂の流れ方向と平行方向で短軸が流れ方向と直角方向である楕円形状の孔の上部を邪魔板で閉塞し、該邪魔板の下部に長軸方向に延びる突起を設けて成る形状とすることにより、前記の熱可塑性樹脂Aと前記の熱可塑性樹脂Bとの境界部に凹凸スジを生じさせることを特徴とする、無延伸フィルムの製造方法。
- 前記の境界部に生じる凹凸スジを、検出手段を用いて検出することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の無延伸フィルムの製造方法。
- 前記の熱可塑性樹脂Aと前記の熱可塑性樹脂Bを前記の押出用Tダイから吐出する際に、前記の熱可塑性樹脂Bを前記の熱可塑性樹脂Aの厚さよりも不可避的に厚くなる部分のみとなるように前記の無延伸フィルムに製膜することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の無延伸フィルムの製造方法。
- 金属板に積層被覆する熱可塑性樹脂Aと該熱可塑性樹脂A以外の別の熱可塑性樹脂Bをそれぞれ別個の押出機で加熱溶融し、それぞれの押出機に連設された溶融樹脂供給用の管に供給し、前記の熱可塑性樹脂Aを供給する管の下部の両側に孔を穿設し、これらの両側に穿設した孔に前記の熱可塑性樹脂Bを供給する管の端部を連設してなるフィードブロックに加熱溶融した前記の熱可塑性樹脂Aと前記の熱可塑性樹脂Bを供給し、次いで前記のフィードブロックに連設されたマニフォルドで拡幅し、前記の熱可塑性樹脂Aの両側に前記の熱可塑性樹脂Bが並存し、かつ前記の熱可塑性樹脂Aの部分の幅が前記の金属板の幅より大きくなるようにして吐出して前の記金属板上に押し出し、前記の熱可塑性樹脂Aの部分のみが前記の金属板に積層被覆された樹脂被覆金属板とした後、前記の金属板の両端外部にはみ出した樹脂部分を切断除去する樹脂被覆金属板の製造方法において、前記の熱可塑性樹脂Bの溶融樹脂を供給する管が熱可塑性樹脂Aを供給する管と合流する部分における熱可塑性樹脂Aを供給する管の下部の両側に穿孔された孔の断面形状を、長軸が熱可塑性樹脂Aの加熱溶融樹脂の流れ方向と平行方向で短軸が流れ方向と直角方向である楕円形状の孔の上部を邪魔板で閉塞し、該邪魔板の下部に長軸方向に延びる突起を設けて成る形状とすることにより、前記熱可塑性樹脂Aと前記の熱可塑性樹脂Bとの境界部に凹凸スジを生じさせることを特徴とする、樹脂被覆金属板の製造方法。
- 前記の境界部に生じる凹凸スジを、検出手段を用いて検出することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の樹脂被覆金属板の製造方法。
- 前記の熱可塑性樹脂Aと前記の熱可塑性樹脂Bを前記の押出用Tダイから吐出する際に、前記の熱可塑性樹脂Aの両側に並存させる前記の熱可塑性樹脂Bを、前記の熱可塑性樹脂Aの厚さよりも不可避的に厚くなる部分のみとなるようにして前記の金属板上に押し出すことを特徴とする、請求項4または5に記載の樹脂被覆金属板の製造方法。
- 無延伸フィルムとして製膜する熱可塑性樹脂Aを加熱溶融する押出機(A1)と、前記の熱可塑性樹脂A以外の別の熱可塑性樹脂Bを加熱溶融する押出機(B1)と、押出機(A1)に連設された溶融樹脂供給用の管(A2)と、押出機(B1)に連設された溶融樹脂供給用の管(B2)と、前記の溶融樹脂供給用の管(A2)の下部の両側に穿設され、前記の溶融樹脂供給用の管(B2)に連設されてなる2個の孔B3aおよびB3bとからなるフィードブロックと、マニフォルドと前記マニフォルドに連接されたダイリップを有し、前記のフィードブロックに連設されてなるTダイとからなる、無延伸フィルムの製造装置において、前記孔B3aおよびB3bの断面形状が、長軸が熱可塑性樹脂Aの加熱溶融樹脂の流れ方向と平行方向で短軸が流れ方向と直角方向である楕円形状の孔の上部を邪魔板で閉塞し、該邪魔板の下部に長軸方向に延びる突起を設けて成る形状であることを特徴とする、無延伸フィルムの製造装置。
- Tダイから並存して吐出される前記の目的とする熱可塑性樹脂Aと前記の熱可塑性樹脂Bとの境界部に生じる凹凸スジを検出する検出手段が設けられてなる、請求項7に記載の無延伸フィルムの製造装置。
