Abstract

本发明涉及流延方法技术领域,尤其涉及一种生产TPU低透防水透湿膜的方法及其设备,本发明通过利用加热螺杆料筒的方式使TPU料受热、熔融后,经过过滤再挤出至T型模,由T型模调整至厚度均一后挤出流延成薄膜,最后冷却成型,由于原料由T型模挤出,产品的宽度由T型模的长度决定,而T型模可以制得比较长,因而能够生产宽幅大小在500mm~4000mm之间、可自由设定的产品,并且这种改进后的方法和设备生产出来的产品品质稳定,品质可以通过调整T型模进行人工调整控制,降低了原料损耗和电力损耗,成品率可达99.8%,减少生产成本。

Description

一种生产TPU低透防水透湿膜的方法及其设备
技术领域:
本发明涉及流延方法技术领域,尤其涉及一种生产TPU低透防水透湿膜的方法及其设备。
背景技术:
TPU(Thermoplastic polyurethanes)为热塑性弹性体塑胶,是一种能够在一定热度下反复变软或改变的塑胶材料,而在常温下可以保持不变,在国内是新兴的环保产品,是替代PVC的最佳产品,可以在地下完成分解而对环境无毒无害,广泛应用于制鞋、管材、薄膜……等行业。TPU薄膜是在TPU颗粒料的基础上,通过压延、流延、吹膜、涂覆等工艺制成薄膜。目前在运动鞋上应用极广泛:鞋底及鞋面上的商标装饰、气囊、气垫、油包等。低透防水透湿膜指的是透湿度≤8000(G/M2*24Hrs),防水度≥10000MM/H2O,厚度为0.01~0.1mm之间,生产的宽度为500~4000mm之间的薄膜。
目前国内生产TPU防水透湿膜的机器主要为吹膜机,现有的吹膜机包括有螺杆料筒、模头等,但是现有的吹膜机一般使用旋转牵引或旋转模头生产TPU膜,其利用风压将料吹出形成薄膜,这种结构的吹膜机由于生产时要附一层PE层,生产出来后再去掉PE层,原料损耗大,费工时,产品出现问题时不容易处理,生产过程中产品品质不容易控制,用电损耗也较明显,成品率一般仅有70~80%。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术存在的不足而提供一种利用流延方法生产TPU低透防水透湿膜的方法,同时还提供一种利用流延方法生产TPU低透防水透湿膜的设备。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种生产TPU低透防水透湿膜的方法,它包括以下步骤:
A、通过利用加热螺杆料筒的方式使TPU料受热、熔融;
B、将所述螺杆料筒中加热、熔融后的TPU料经过过滤后再挤出至T型模;
C、将流入T型模中的TPU料调整至厚度均一后挤出;
D、将所述T型模中挤出的TPU料流延成薄膜;
E、将所述薄膜冷却成型。
步骤D中所述的薄膜厚度为0.01mm~0.1mm。
所述薄膜厚度由螺杆转速或流延速比来控制。
所述步骤D中所述的薄膜宽度为500mm~4000mm。
所述薄膜宽度由T型模及切刀装置来控制。
本发明还公开了一种生产TPU低透防水透湿膜的设备,它由上至下依次包括有螺杆料筒、连接通道、模头,模头为T型模,螺杆料筒的出口处设有过滤器,所述螺杆料筒的出口通过连接通道与模头连通。
所述模头的出口下方由上至下依次设有冷却定型轮、切刀装置、冷却轮和卷取装置。
所述过滤器为不锈钢过滤网。
所述不锈钢过滤网的网孔密度为100目~400目之间。
本发明有益效果在于:
本发明通过利用加热螺杆料筒的方式使TPU料受热、熔融后,经过过滤再挤出至T型模,由T型模调整至厚度均一后挤出流延成薄膜,最后冷却成型,由于原料由T型模挤出,产品的宽度由T型模的长度决定,而T型模可以制得比较长,因而能够生产宽幅大小在500mm~4000mm之间、可自由设定的产品,并且这种改进后的方法和设备生产出来的产品品质稳定,品质可以通过调整T型模进行人工调整控制,降低了原料损耗和电力损耗,成品率可达99.8%,减少生产成本。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明,见图1所示,一种生产TPU低透防水透湿膜的方法,它包括以下步骤:
第一步、将TPU料通入螺杆料筒5中,通过利用加热螺杆料筒5的方式使TPU料受热、熔融、剪切、混炼成熔融状态;其中螺杆料筒5为包括螺杆和料筒的组件,螺杆在料筒中转动而将里面的料挤出。
第二步、将螺杆料筒5中加热、熔融后的TPU料经过过滤器3过滤后再挤出至T型模2;
第三步、由T型模2将TPU料调整至厚度均一后挤出;
第四步、TPU料由T型模2挤出后流延成厚度为0.01mm~0.1mm薄膜,薄膜厚度由螺杆转速或流延速比来控制,薄膜宽度为500mm~4000mm,薄膜宽度由T型模2及切刀装置7来控制;
第五步、薄膜经过冷却定型轮6、冷却轮8冷却成型,最后由卷取装置9卷取成卷。
本发明还公开了按上述方法生产TPU低透防水透湿膜的设备,它由上至下依次包括有螺杆料筒5、连接通道4、模头,模头为T型模2,螺杆料筒5的出口处设有过滤器3,过滤器3可以是过滤网或其它过滤装置,螺杆料筒5的出口通过连接通道4与模头连通,模头的出口下方由上至下依次设有冷却定型轮6、切刀装置7、冷却轮8和卷取装置9,切刀装置7可以调整生产出来的薄膜宽度,可以将T型模2流延出来的薄膜切成适当的宽度。过滤器3为不锈钢过滤网,过滤混在原料中的杂质、黑点、晶点等,不锈钢过滤网的网孔密度在100目~400目之间,根据需要可调整不锈钢过滤网的网孔密度。
本发明利用螺杆料筒5将TPU料加热、剪切、混炼成熔融状态后,经过过滤再挤出至T型模2,由T型模2调整至厚度均一后挤出流延成薄膜,最后冷却成型,由于原料由T型模2挤出,产品的宽度由T型模2的长度决定,而T型模2可以制得比较长,因而能够根据需要生产不同宽幅的产品,可生产TPU防水透湿膜厚度在0.012mm~0.1mm之间,宽幅在500mm~4000mm之间,并且这种改进后的方法和设备生产出来的产品品质稳定,品质可以通过调整T型模2进行人工调整控制,降低了原料损耗和电力损耗,成品率可达99.8%,减少生产成本。
当然,以上所述仅是本发明的较佳实施例,故凡依本发明专利申请范围所述的构造、特征及原理所做的等效变化或修饰,均包括于本发明专利申请范围内。

Claims (9)

1、一种生产TPU低透防水透湿膜的方法,其特征在于,它包括以下步骤:
A、通过加热螺杆料筒(5)使TPU料受热、熔融;
B、将所述螺杆料筒(5)中加热、熔融后的TPU料经过过滤后再挤出至T型模(2);
C、将流入T型模(2)中的TPU料调整至厚度均一后挤出;
D、将所述T型模(2)中挤出的TPU料流延成薄膜;
E、将所述薄膜冷却成型。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种生产TPU低透防水透湿膜的方法,其特征在于:步骤D中所述的薄膜厚度为0.01mm~0.1mm。
3、根据权利要求2所述的一种生产TPU低透防水透湿膜的方法,其特征在于:所述薄膜厚度由螺杆转速或流延速比来控制。
4、根据权利要求1所述的一种生产TPU低透防水透湿膜的方法,其特征在于:所述步骤D中所述的薄膜宽度为500mm~4000mm。
5、根据权利要求4所述的一种生产TPU低透防水透湿膜的方法,其特征在于:所述薄膜宽度由T型模(2)及切刀装置(7)来控制。
6、一种生产TPU低透防水透湿膜的设备,其特征在于:它由上至下依次包括有螺杆料筒(5)、连接通道(4)、模头,模头为T型模(2),螺杆料筒(5)的出口处设有过滤器(3),所述螺杆料筒(5)的出口通过连接通道(4)与模头连通。
7、根据权利要求6所述的一种生产TPU低透防水透湿膜的设备,其特征在于:所述模头的出口下方由上至下依次设有冷却定型轮(6)、切刀装置(7)、冷却轮(8)和卷取装置(9)。
8、根据权利要求6所述的一种生产TPU低透防水透湿膜的设备,其特征在于:所述过滤器(3)为不锈钢过滤网。
9、根据权利要求8所述的一种生产TPU低透防水透湿膜的设备,其特征在于:所述不锈钢过滤网的网孔密度为100目~400目之间。
