Description
Claims (31)
- 穿孔熱可塑性フィルムと不織布を含む積層体の製造方法であって、
i. 穿孔熱可塑性フィルムを用意し;
ii. 縮んだ不織布を用意し;
iii. 熱可塑性フィルムと不織布を結合させる装置を用意し;
iv. 熱可塑性フィルムと縮んだ不織布とを向かい合わせた関係で結合装置に供給し、穿孔熱可塑性フィルムと縮んだ不織布を複数の接触点で向かい合わせた関係で結合させ、それによって積層体を製造する:
ことを含み、ここで、不織布の縮んだ構造は維持され、積層体は不織布面と穿孔フィルム面を有しており、および熱可塑性フィルムは弾性的であり、少なくとも50%の破断伸度を有している、前記方法。 - 熱可塑性フィルムと不織布を結合させる装置が、熱的点結合、接着積層、真空積層、及び超音波結合から成る群より選ばれる方法を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記穿孔フィルムを用意し、熱可塑性フィルムと不織布を結合させるための装置を用意する請求項1記載の方法であって、
i. 外側と内側の表面を有する穿孔した動くスクリーンを用意し、その内側の表面に真空(pneumatic vaccum)をかけ;
ii. 熱可塑性シートを用意し、そのシートを塑性状態で、穿孔した動くスクリーンの外側の表面に供給し;
iii. 動くスクリーンに向かってシートと不織布に一緒に圧力をかけるローラーの下を縮んだ不織布とシートが通過するように、動くスクリーンと接触していないシート表面に縮んだ不織布を供給し;
iv. スクリーン上の熱可塑性シートを冷却し、穿孔して、フィルムを成形する:
ことを含み、ここで、前記真空は、不織布と熱可塑性フィルムの間の複数の接触点で結合を形成させるのに十分であり、縮んだ不織布は、フィルムに結合したときにその縮んだ構造を維持し、前記真空は、熱可塑性シートに穿孔をあけるのに十分であり、これによって、シートから成形された熱可塑性フィルム中の一連の穿孔が与えられ、穿孔は動くスクリーン上の穿孔のパターンに実質的に合致している、前記方法。 - 穿孔フィルムを用意し、縮んだ不織布を用意し、そして不織布とフィルムを一緒に結合させる装置を用意する請求項1記載の方法であって、
i. 外側と内側の表面を有する穿孔した動くスクリーンを用意し、その内側の表面に真空をかけ;
ii. 熱可塑性シートを用意し、そのシートを塑性状態で、穿孔した動くスクリーンの表面に供給し;
iii. 不織布の繊維又は繊維間の結合を破壊することなく、不織布が、しぼ寄せロールの表面の一般的形状に合致し、縮んだ構造をとることができるように、しぼ寄せロールの上を不織布を通過させて縮んだ不織布を製造し;
iv. 熱可塑性シートの動くスクリーンと接触していない表面上に縮んだ不織布を載せ、その一方、しぼ寄せロールは不織布及びシートを通して穿孔した動くスクリーン上に力を及ぼし;
v. スクリーンの表面上の熱可塑性シートを冷却し、穿孔して、積層体を成形する:
ことを含み、ここで、しぼ寄せロールにより発揮される力は、真空と協調して、不織布と熱可塑性シートの間の複数の接触点で結合を形成するのに十分であり、不織布はフィルムに結合したときも縮んだままであり、真空は熱可塑性シートに穿孔をあけるのに十分であり、それによって、動くスクリーン上の穿孔のパターンに実質的に合致した一連の穿孔がフィルムに生じる、前記方法。 - i. 第二の縮んだ不織布を用意し;
ii. 第二の不織布を積層体と結合させる装置を用意し;
iii. 第二の縮んだ不織布と前記積層体とを向かい合わせた関係で結合装置に供給し、それによって、第二の縮んだ不織布は、積層体の穿孔フィルム面に隣接している:
ことをさらに含み、
ここで、第二の縮んだ不織布と積層体は複数の接触点で向かい合わせた関係で結合しており、第二の不織布の縮んだ構造は実質的に維持され、第二の縮んだ不織布は自然で本来持っている少なくとも60%の延伸性と縮みに誘起される少なくとも25%の延伸性とを有する、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 結合装置が、熱的点結合、接着積層、真空積層、及び超音波結合より成る群より選ばれる方法を含む、請求項5に記載の方法。
- i. 織物の活性化のための装置を用意し;
ii. 積層体を前記活性化装置の中を通過させ、それによって積層体を活性化することをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 熱可塑性フィルムが、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン単独重合体、プロピレンとエチレンとのランダム共重合体又はブロック共重合体、スチレンとブタジエン、イソプレン、エチレン若しくはプロピレンとのブロック共重合体、ポリウレタン、及びこれらの混合物から成る群より選ばれる有機高分子を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 不織布が、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリエステル、ポリアミド、レーヨン、セルロース、及びこれらの混合物から成る群より選ばれる有機高分子を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 縮んだ不織布が、自然で本来持っている少なくとも60%の延伸性と縮みにより誘起される少なくとも25%の延伸性を有し、両者の延伸性が少なくとも一方向である不織布を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 穿孔した動くスクリーンにおける穿孔が、平方インチ当たりの線形孔密度(linear hole density)が10から60の間であり、動くスクリーンの全ての開いた領域が全スクリーンの領域の8から20%の間である、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 穿孔した動くスクリーンにおける穿孔が、平方インチ当たりの線形孔密度が10から60の間であり、動くスクリーンの全ての開いた領域が全スクリーンの領域の8から20%の間である、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法により製造された積層体。
- 熱可塑性フィルムと不織布を含む積層体の製造方法であって、
v. 熱可塑性フィルムを用意し;
vi. 縮んだ不織布を用意し;
vii. 熱可塑性フィルムと不織布を結合させる装置を用意し;
viii. 熱可塑性フィルムと縮んだ不織布とを向かい合わせた関係で結合装置に供給し、熱可塑性フィルムと縮んだ不織布を複数の接触点で向かい合わせた関係で結合させ、それによって積層体を製造する:
ことを含み、ここで、不織布の縮んだ構造は維持され、積層体は不織布面と穿孔フィルム面を有しており、熱可塑性フィルムは弾性的であり、少なくとも50%の破断伸度を有している、前記方法。 - 熱可塑性フィルムと不織布を結合させる装置が、熱的点結合、接着積層、真空積層、及び超音波結合より成る群より選ばれる方法を含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 熱可塑性フィルムが穿孔熱可塑性フィルムである、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 熱可塑性フィルムに穿孔するのと同時に、熱可塑性フィルムと縮んだ不織布が互いに結合する、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 延伸性不織布層と穿孔弾性層を含み、穿孔弾性層は複数の点で延伸性不織布層に結合しており、ここで穿孔弾性層は少なくとも50%の破断伸度を有しており、延伸性不織布層は縮みにより誘起される少なくとも25%の延伸性を有している弾性積層体。
- 前記弾性層が三次元開口フィルムを含む、請求項18に記載の積層体。
- 前記弾性層が二次元開口フィルムを含む、請求項18に記載の積層体。
- 第一の延伸性不織布層、第二の延伸性不織布層、及び第一の延伸性不織布層と第二の延伸性不織布層との間に位置する穿孔弾性層を含み、前記弾性層は複数の点で延伸性不織布層に結合しており、ここで前記弾性層は少なくとも50%の破断伸度を有しており、それぞれの不織布は縮みにより誘起される少なくとも25%の延伸性を独立して有している、弾性積層体。
- 弾性層が三次元開口フィルムを含む請求項21に記載の弾性積層体。
- 弾性層が二次元開口フィルムを含む請求項21に記載の弾性積層体。
- 請求項18に記載の積層体を含む吸収性製品。
- 弾性層が三次元開口フィルムを含む、請求項24に記載の吸収性製品。
- 弾性層が二次元開口フィルムを含む、請求項24に記載の吸収性製品。
- 弾性層が、第一の非弾性表面層(non-elastic skin layer)、第二の非弾性表面層、及び第一と第二の表面層との間の弾性核を含む請求項24に記載の吸収性製品。
- 請求項21に記載の積層体を含む吸収性製品。
- 弾性層が三次元開口フィルムを含む請求項28に記載の吸収性製品。
- 弾性層が二次元開口フィルムを含む請求項28に記載の吸収性製品。
- 弾性層が、第一の非弾性表面層、第二の非弾性表面層、及び第一と第二の表面層との間の弾性核を含む請求項28に記載の吸収性製品。
