Description
また、パイプのフランジ部をパイプの管状部の外面から突出させる、すなわち、溶着面となるパイプのフランジ部の外面をパイプの管状部から離間して形成することで、パイプの管状部に不測の外力が加わることにより発生する応力を、パイプの管状部と溶着面部とに分散することができ、溶着面部にかかる応力を緩和することができる。
ここで、管状部の外面に突出するフランジ部であってボス部の内周面にレーザー溶着される外面を備えるフランジ部とは、フランジ部の外面が管状部の外面よりも外側へ離間していることと、フランジ部の外面が必ずしも連続していなくてもよいことと、フランジ部の外面がボス部の内周面と協働して溶着面部を形成することとを特徴とするフランジ部を意図する。
また、環状の内周面を備えるボス部とは、ボス部の内面が少なくと連続している面であることを意図しており、例えば六角形状等の内周面を備えるボス部も含まれることを意図している。もちろん、円環状の内周面を備えるボス部も含まれることも意図している。
また、このような可撓性手段を設けることにより、パイプのフランジ部の外面を容器本体のボス部の内周面に係合する際の圧入作業を容易にすることができる。
ここで、弾性的な変形とは、一定の外力により変形するが、その変形が塑性的な変形ではなく、力を取り去ると再びもとの状態に回復する変形を意図している。
これらの効果を有する本発明によれば、パイプの容器本体への結合において、溶着工法への適用、特にレーザー溶着工法の適用を実現し得る。

Claims (4)
- 容器本体の壁に、レーザー溶着を用いて結合されるパイプを有する容器において、
前記容器本体は、前記壁の外面に配置され且つ環状の内周面を備えるボス部を有し、
前記パイプは、管状部と、該管状部の外面に突出するフランジ部であって前記ボス部の前記内周面にレーザー溶着される外面を備えるフランジ部とを有し、
前記ボス部は、前記壁の外面から外側に突出して配置され、
前記フランジ部は、該フランジ部の前記外面を前記ボス部の前記内周面に倣うように弾性的に変形させることを可能にする可撓性手段を具備し、
前記可撓性手段は、前記フランジ部に設けられた凹み部である、
ことを特徴とする容器。 - 前記ボス部の前記内周面の軸線方向の高さは、前記フランジ部の前記外面の軸線方向の高さと同一とされる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の容器。 - 前記ボス部は、前記容器本体と一体成形される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の容器。 - 前記ボス部は、前記容器本体とは別体で製造され前記容器本体に結合される、
