Claims (4)
- 炉体内において焼成、燻化及び冷却の工程を繰り返し行う単独型焼成燻化炉の煤除去方法であって、
燻化時に発生する煤を含む排ガスを通す耐火材製のフィルタを排ガスの主通路のバイパスに設け、該主通路と前記バイパスに排ガスの開閉装置を別個に設け、
前記開閉装置を操作することで、前記燻化工程で前記フィルタに捕捉された煤を次回の焼成工程で焼却することを特徴とする単独型焼成燻化炉の煤除去方法。 - 前記フィルタが炉体と一体に設けられ、該フィルタの排ガスの出口側に該出口から噴出する排ガスを燃焼させるバーナーを設けたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の単独型焼成燻化炉の煤除去方法。
- 前記フィルタが炉体と別体に設けられ、該フィルタ内の排ガスを焼却するバーナーを設けたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の単独型焼成燻化炉の煤除去方法。
- 前記フィルタがセラミックスを破砕したものであることを特徴とする請求項1、2または3記載の単独型焼成燻化炉の煤除去方法。
