Description
圧力負荷装置、有利には、多数のお互いの間で液圧的に結合された個別ピストンを有するリングシリンダー、選択的にリングピストンが、
スラスト軸受、例えば円錐ころ軸受または心合わせころ軸受の上で配設されており、
且つ、圧力負荷が、円錐ころ軸受の軸受外側リングに対して、
ロール胴に向ってのロール長手軸線方向におけるチョックの位置移動でもってか、それとも、反対方向における、即ち外方へのこのロールの位置移動でもって作用するというやり方で、
この円錐ころ軸受は、このロールに対して半径方向に付勢され、従って、この円錐ころ軸受内において、如何なる遊びももはや存在しない。この軸受けは、従って極めて十分に無振動である。
押圧リングが配置されていることが提案され、この押圧リングが、本発明の1つの実施形態により、半径方向の内側カラー部として、チョックと共に1つの部材から成るように形成されていることは可能である。
Claims (6)
- チョック(4)を用いて、ロールスタンド内において配設されたロール(2)先細りに形成された圧延ロールネック(3)の上で、
円錐形の座部を用いて固定された円錐ころ軸受(1)を、液圧力の負荷によって予負荷するための装置であって、その際、
円錐ころ軸受(1)の軸受内側リング(18)、軸受ころ(17)、および軸受外側リング(13)が、圧延の間じゅう存在する圧力で負荷され、且つロールに対して半径方向に付勢される様式の上記装置において、
リング状の圧力負荷装置(5)が、ロール端末ジャーナル(8)の上に配置されたスラスト軸受(9)を介してこのロール(2)に対して支持されており、円錐ころ軸受(1)の軸受外側リング(13)との当接状態でもって配設されており、且つ、圧力負荷の際に、チョック(4)を、この軸受外側リング(13)でもって、ロール胴(15)の方向に、または、このロール(2)を反対の方向に位置移動するように構成されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 圧力負荷装置(5)は、多数の個別ピストン(6)を有するリングシリンダー(7)であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 圧力負荷装置(5)はリングピストンであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 圧力負荷装置(5)およびスラスト軸受(9)は、チョック(4)内において配設されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 圧力負荷装置(5)と、円錐ころ軸受(1)の軸受外側リング(13)との間に、押圧リング(11)が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 押圧リング(11)は、半径方向の内側カラー部(12)として、チョック(4)と共に1つの部材から成るように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の装置。
