Description
該不織布(1)と該不織布(2)との該層の厚みの比が1:2〜1:5であり、該不織布(1)と該不織布(2)との該密度の比が2:1〜6:1であり、該不織布(1)と該不織布(2)との該流れ抵抗の比が74:20〜500:20であり、12〜115 mmの範囲の総厚みと,0.6〜6Kg/m2の範囲の表面積あたりの総重量を有することを特徴とする吸音体により達成される。
a) 該不織布1を形成するために、繊維材料および、熱可塑性および/または熱硬化性バインダーよりなる第1のベース材料を必要に応じて部分的に金型に装着する工程;
b) 工程a)に従って装着した該ベース材料を熱および/または圧力により予備的に緻密化する工程;
c) 該不織布2を形成するために、繊維材料および、熱可塑性および/または熱硬化性樹脂バインダーよりなる第2のベース材料を必要に応じて部分的に該金型内の該第1のベース材料上に装着する工程;
d) 熱および圧力の作用により該緻密化前の吸音体を緻密化する工程; および
e) 室温に冷却する工程。
a) 該不織布1を形成するために、繊維材料および、熱可塑性および/または熱硬化性バインダーよりなる第1のベース材料を必要に応じて部分的に金型に装着する工程;
b) 熱および圧力の作用により該緻密化前の不織布1を予備的に緻密化する工程;
c) 該不織布2を形成するために、繊維材料および、熱可塑性および/または熱硬化性バインダーよりなる第2のベース材料を必要に応じて部分的に金型に装着する工程;
d) 熱および圧力の作用により該緻密化前の不織布2を予備的に緻密化する工程; および
e) 該不織布1、2を重ね合せ、かつ、接着剤を使用しないで熱と圧力の作用により両者を結合し、かつ緻密化する工程。
a) 該不織布1を形成するために、繊維材料および、熱可塑性および/または熱硬化性バインダーよりなる第1のベース材料を必要に応じて部分的に金型に装着する工程;
b) 熱および圧力の作用により該緻密化前の不織布1を予備的に緻密化する工程;
c) 該不織布2を形成するために、繊維材料および、熱可塑性および/または熱硬化性バインダーよりなる第2のベース材料を必要に応じて部分的に金型に装着する工程;
d) 熱および圧力の作用により該不織布2を予備的に緻密化する工程; および
e) 該不織布1、2を重ね合せ、かつ、ニードルパンチングによって 不織布2を不織布1に結合する工程。
a) 該不織布1を形成するために、繊維材料および、熱可塑性および/または熱硬化性バインダーよりなる第1のベース材料を必要に応じて部分的に金型に装着する工程;
b) 熱および圧力の作用により該緻密化前の不織布1を予備的に緻密化する工程;
c) 該不織布2を形成するために、繊維材料および、熱可塑性および/または熱硬化性バインダーよりなる第2のベース材料を必要に応じて部分的に金型に装着する工程;
d) 熱および圧力の作用により該不織布2を予備的に緻密化する工程;および
e) 該不織布1、2を重ね合せ、かつ異なるニードルを使用するニードルパンチングによって両者を結合する工程。
Claims (17)
- 熱可塑性バインダー材料、および/または熱硬化性バインダー材料で接着し、相互に結合した2種類の不織布(1、2)からなる吸音体において、音源側の該不織布(1)は、2〜15mmの範囲の厚さの層、50〜500Kg/m3の範囲の密度、0.1〜5Kg/m2の範囲の表面積あたりの重量、50〜1,000KNs/m4の範囲の流れ抵抗を有し、該音源と反対側の面の該不織布(2)は、10〜100 mmの範囲の厚さの層、20〜100Kg/m3の範囲の密度、 0.5〜1Kg/m2の範囲の表面積あたりの重量、10〜40KNs/m 4の範囲の流れ抵抗を有し、
該不織布(1)と該不織布(2)との該層の厚みの比が1:2〜1:5であり、
該不織布(1)と該不織布(2)との該密度の比が2:1〜6:1であり、
該不織布(1)と該不織布(2)との該流れ抵抗の比が74:20〜500:20であり、
12〜115 mmの範囲の総厚みと,0.6〜6Kg/m2の範囲の表面積あたりの総重量を有することを特徴とする吸音体。 - 前記不織布(1)および/または前記不織布(2)は天然繊維および/または合成繊維よりなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の吸音体。
- 前記不織布(1)および/または前記不織布(2)が種子繊維、果皮繊維、靭皮繊維、ハードフアイバー、およびこれら何れかの混合物より選択される植物繊維を含有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の吸音体。
- 前記 不織布(1)および/または前記不織布(2)がポリオレフィン、ポリエステル、ポリアミド、ビスコース、レーヨン、およびこれら何れかの混合物より選択される合成繊維を含有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の吸音体。
- 前記熱可塑性バインダー材料は、ポリオレフィン、およびエチレン/ビニール アセテート共重合体より選択されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の吸音体。
- 前記熱硬化性バインダー材料は、フェノールホルムアルデヒド樹脂、エポキシ樹脂および/またはポリアミド樹脂より選択されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の吸音体。
- 前記熱可塑性バインダー材料および/または熱硬化性バインダー材料の量は、前記不織布(1)および/または前記不織布(2)を基準にして5〜50重量%であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の吸音体。
- 音源側の該不織布(1)は、3〜10 mmの範囲の層の厚み、50〜300Kg/m3の範囲の密度、0.2〜2Kg/m 2 の範囲の表面積あたりの重量で、かつ70〜500KNs/m4の範囲の流れ抵抗を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の吸音体。
- 該音源と反対側の面の該不織布(2)は、12〜18 mmの範囲の層の厚み、30〜70Kg/m3の範囲の密度、0.6〜0.8Kg/m2の範囲の表面積あたりの重量で、かつ15〜30KNs/m4の範囲の流れ抵抗を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の吸音体。
- 該吸音体の該総厚みが15〜25mmの範囲で、かつ該吸音体の表面積あたりの該総重量が1〜2.5Kg/ m2であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の吸音体。
- 該不織布(1)と該不織布(2)との該層の厚みの比が1:3〜1:4であることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1つに記載の吸音体。
- 該不織布(1)と該不織布(2)との該密度の比が4:1〜5:1であることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか1つに記載の吸音体。
- a) 該不織布(1)を形成するために、繊維材料および、熱可塑性バインダー材料および/または熱硬化性バインダー材料よりなる第1のベース材料を必要に応じて部分的に金型に装着する工程;
b) 工程a)に従って装着した該ベース材料を熱および/または圧力により予備的に緻密化する工程;
c) 該不織布(2)を形成するために、繊維材料および、熱可塑性バインダー材料および/または熱硬化性バインダー材料よりなる第2のベース材料を必要に応じて部分的に該金型内の該第1のベース材料上に装着する工程;
d) 熱および圧力の作用により該緻密化前の吸音体を緻密化する工程;および
e) 室温に冷却する工程;
を有して、
音源側の該不織布(1)は、2〜15mmの範囲の厚さの層、50〜500Kg/m 3 の範囲の密度、0.1〜5Kg/m 2 の範囲の表面積あたりの重量、50〜1,000KNs/m 4 の範囲の流れ抵抗を有し、該音源と反対側の面の該不織布(2)は、10〜100 mmの範囲の厚さの層、20〜100Kg/m 3 の範囲の密度、 0.5〜1Kg/m 2 の範囲の表面積あたりの重量、10〜40KNs/m 4 の範囲の流れ抵抗を有し、
該不織布(1)と該不織布(2)との該層の厚みの比が1:2〜1:5であり、
該不織布(1)と該不織布(2)との該密度の比が2:1〜6:1であり、
該不織布(1)と該不織布(2)との該流れ抵抗の比が74:20〜500:20であり、
12〜115 mmの範囲の総厚みと,0.6〜6Kg/m 2 の範囲の表面積あたりの総重量を有する吸音体に形成することを特徴とする製造方法。 - a) 該不織布(1)を形成するために、繊維材料および、熱可塑性バインダー材料および/または熱硬化性バインダー材料よりなる第1のベース材料を必要に応じて部分的に金型に装着する工程;
b) 熱および圧力の作用により該緻密化前の不織布(1)を予備的に緻密化する工程;
c) 該不織布(2)を形成するために、繊維材料および、熱可塑性バインダー材料および/または熱硬化性バインダー材料よりなる第2のベース材料を必要に応じて部分的に金型に装着する工程;
d) 熱および圧力の作用により該緻密化前の不織布(2)を予備的に緻密化する工程;および
e) 該不織布(1、2)を重ね合せ、かつ、接着剤を使用しないで熱と圧力の作用により両者を結合し、かつ緻密化する工程;
を有して、
音源側の該不織布(1)は、2〜15mmの範囲の厚さの層、50〜500Kg/m 3 の範囲の密度、0.1〜5Kg/m 2 の範囲の表面積あたりの重量、50〜1,000KNs/m 4 の範囲の流れ抵抗を有し、該音源と反対側の面の該不織布(2)は、10〜100 mmの範囲の厚さの層、20〜100Kg/m 3 の範囲の密度、 0.5〜1Kg/m 2 の範囲の表面積あたりの重量、10〜40KNs/m 4 の範囲の流れ抵抗を有し、
該不織布(1)と該不織布(2)との該層の厚みの比が1:2〜1:5であり、
該不織布(1)と該不織布(2)との該密度の比が2:1〜6:1であり、
該不織布(1)と該不織布(2)との該流れ抵抗の比が74:20〜500:20であり、

d) 熱および圧力の作用により該不織布(2)を予備的に緻密化する工程;および
e) 該不織布(1、2)を重ね合せ、かつ、ニードルパンチングによって不織布(2)を不織布(1)に結合する工程;
を有して、
音源側の該不織布(1)は、2〜15mmの範囲の厚さの層、50〜500Kg/m 3 の範囲の密度、0.1〜5Kg/m 2 の範囲の表面積あたりの重量、50〜1,000KNs/m 4 の範囲の流れ抵抗を有し、該音源と反対側の面の該不織布(2)は、10〜100 mmの範囲の厚さの層、20〜100Kg/m 3 の範囲の密度、 0.5〜1Kg/m 2 の範囲の表面積あたりの重量、10〜40KNs/m 4 の範囲の流れ抵抗を有し、
該不織布(1)と該不織布(2)との該層の厚みの比が1:2〜1:5であり、
該不織布(1)と該不織布(2)との該密度の比が2:1〜6:1であり、

を有して、
音源側の該不織布(1)は、2〜15mmの範囲の厚さの層、50〜500Kg/m 3 の範囲の密度、0.1〜5Kg/m 2 の範囲の表面積あたりの重量、50〜1,000KNs/m 4 の範囲の流れ抵抗を有し、該音源と反対側の面の該不織布(2)は、10〜100 mmの範囲の厚さの層、20〜100Kg/m 3 の範囲の密度、 0.5〜1Kg/m 2 の範囲の表面積あたりの重量、10〜40KNs/m 4 の範囲の流れ抵抗を有し、
該不織布(1)と該不織布(2)との該層の厚みの比が1:2〜1:5であり、

該不織布(1)と該不織布(2)との該流れ抵抗の比が74:20〜500:20であり、
12〜115 mmの範囲の総厚みと,0.6〜6Kg/m 2 の範囲の表面積あたりの総重量を有する吸音体に形成することを特徴とする製造方法。 - エンジンルーム内のフード インシュレーター、エクステリア バルクヘッド インシュレーター、インテリア バルクヘッド インシュレーター、テキスタイル ホイール アーチ シェル、およびロアー シールドのうちの少なくともいずれか;
客室内のフロント フロアー インシュレーター、ミドル フロアー インシュレーター、フロアー カバー、ルーフ ライナー、トップ バルクヘッド インシュレーター、サイド トリム、およびシート ウエル インシュレーターのうちの少なくともいずれか;
および/または、トランク内のテキスタイル ホイール アーチ シェル、トランク フロアー ライニング、リアー シェルフ、トランク カバー ライニング、およびトランク サイド ライニングのうちの少なくともいずれか
として請求項1〜12のいずれか1つの吸音体を用いる方法。
