Claims (9)
- 正極板と負極板をセパレータを介して積層し、少なくとも一方の極板群の一側縁を集電板に溶着した電池の製造方法であって、集電板の両側縁を内側に折り曲げ、極板群の一側縁に集電板を圧接させた状態で、集電板の極板群との圧接面とは反対側の面に非接触型熱源にて熱を加えることを特徴とする電池の製造方法。
- あらかじめ集電板の極板群との接合部にはロウ材を配することを特徴とする請求項1記載の電池の製造方法。
- ロウ材は、電解または無電解メッキてに集電板に配されることを特徴とする請求項2記載の電池の製造方法。
- ロウ材は、シート状のロウ材を溶接することにより集電板に配されることを特徴とする請求項3記載の電池の製造方法。
- 集電板の極板群との圧接面とは反対側の面に極板群の積層方向に沿うライン状に、複数ライン非接触型熱源にて熱を加えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電池の製造方法。
- 集電板の極板との当接面にロウ材を極板群の積層方向に沿うライン状に複数ライン添付し、ロウ材の添付ライン上に熱を加えることを特徴とする請求項5記載の電池の製造方法。
- 極板群を位置合わせ手段に向けて加圧して極板群の一側縁を揃えた後、その極板群の一側縁上に集電板を配置し、集電板を極板群の一側縁に向けて加圧した状態で熱を加えることを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れかに記載の電池の製造方法。
- 真空中で電子ビームを照射して熱を加えることを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れかに記載の電池の製造方法。
- 極板群と集電板を組み合わせた状態で熱を加える前に脱磁することを特徴とする請求項8記載の電池の製造方法。
