Description
(a)平坦な側面を少なくとも1つ有する第1中空形材を、前記平坦な側面に位置するウェブ以外のその外周の回りで、切り開き;
(b)部分的に切り開かれている第1中空形材を、前記平坦な側面に位置するウェブの回りで折り曲げ;
(c)第2中空形材の直接隣接している2つの平坦な側面を、第1中空形材において、前記切り開き及び前記折り曲げによって生成されると共に相互に対向している2つの末端上に配置し;そして
(d)第2中空形材を、第1中空形材の縁領域で、第1中空形材に対して一体的に連結させる
工程を含む、本発明による連結構造の製造方法によって達成される。

図5a〜eは、図1の連結構造を製造する方法の工程を示す。

Claims (10)
- ビークル用の支持フレームの2つの中空形材(1,2)からなる三次元連結構造であって、前記三次元連結構造において、第1中空形材(1)が、4つの平坦な側面と4つの稜部をもつ四角柱の中空形材であり、前記平坦な側面のうちの1つに位置するウェブ(1c)以外のその外周の回りで前記第1中空形材(1)を切り開くことによって得られる分割切断部を有し、前記ウェブ(1c)の回りで折り曲げられており、そして第2中空形材(2)が、直接隣接している平坦な側面を少なくとも2つ有し、前記側面が、第1中空形材(1)において、前記切り開き及び前記折り曲げによって生成されると共に相互に対向している2つの末端(1a,1b)に対して押しつけられており、第1中空形材(1)の2つの末端(1a,1b)は、それらの分割切断部に沿って、曲げ開き縁領域(1d,1e,1f)を有しており、2つの前記中空形材(1,2)は、第1中空形材の前記縁領域(1d,1e,1f)において、相互に一体的に連結している、前記連結構造において、
第1中空形材(1)の稜部において、分割切断部に沿って、前記稜部の湾曲表面の全体にわたって延びると共に前記湾曲表面に沿って湾曲する四辺形の切り出し(1g)が、前記分割切断部に関して対称的に切り出されていることを特徴とする、前記連結構造。 - 前記の2つの中空形材(1,2)の輪郭が、形を合わせる方法で相互に押しつけられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の連結構造。
- 前記第1中空形材(1)が、相互に対向しているその末端(1a,1b)上に突出している縁領域(1d,1e,1f)を有し、前記縁領域が、第2中空形材(2)に対して押しつけられることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の連結構造。
- 前記の切り出された切り出し(1g)が、丸みのある角を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の連結構造。
- 請求項1に記載の連結構造を製造する方法であって、
(a)4つの平坦な側面と4つの稜部をもつ四角柱の第1中空形材(1)を、前記平坦な側面のうちの1つに位置するウェブ(1c)以外のその外周の回りで、切り開き;
(b)部分的に切り開かれている第1中空形材(1)を、前記平坦な側面に位置するウェブの回りで折り曲げ;
(c)第2中空形材(2)の直接隣接している2つの平坦な側面(2a,2b)を、第1中空形材(1)において、前記切り開き及び前記折り曲げによって生成されると共に相互に対向している2つの末端(1a,1b)上に配置し、ここで、第1中空形材(1)の2つの末端(1a,1b)は、それらの分割切断部に沿って、曲げ開き縁領域(1d,1e,1f)を有しており、;そして
(d)第2中空形材(2)を、第1中空形材の前記縁領域(1d,1e,1f)において、第1中空形材(1)と一体的に連結させ、ここで、
第1中空形材(1)の稜部が、分割切断部に沿って、前記稜部の湾曲表面の全体にわたって延びると共に前記湾曲表面に沿って湾曲する四辺形の切り出し(1g)を含み、そして、前記切り出し(1g)が前記分割切断部に関して対称的に配置されることとする;
工程を特徴とする、前記方法。 - 第1中空形材(1)を切り開く前に、前記平坦な表面に位置するウェブ(1c)以外の外周の回りで第1中空形材(1)を変形させ、そして前記変形(1x)の中間に前記分割切断部を設けることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- ハイドロフォーミングによって、第1中空形材(1)に前記変形(1x)を設けることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の方法。
- レーザービーム切断によって前記第1中空形材(1)を切り開くことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 溶接又ははんだ付けによって前記中空形材(1,2)を連結することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- レーザービームを用いて溶接又ははんだ付けを実施することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。
