Description
本例により、本発明の配置システムの構成を説明する。システムの構成は、拡張性ステントを収容するための遠位カテーテルシャフトの作製から開始した。遠位カテーテルを作製したら、拡張性ステントを、シース−配置ライン内に配置した。この組み合わせの遠位カテーテル部分を、一次カテーテルシャフトに結合した。次に、配置ライン部分を、一次カテーテルを介してコントロールノブまでの経路を走行させた。コントロールノブは、一次カテーテル上に近位に位置させたハブの一部であった。シース−配置ラインのシース部分は、単一壁チューブの形態であった。
本例により、本発明の配置システムの構成を説明する。システムの構成は、拡張性ステントを収容するための遠位カテーテルシャフトの作製から開始した。遠位カテーテルを作製したら、拡張性ステントを、シース−配置ライン内に配置した。この組み合わせの遠位カテーテル部分を、一次カテーテルシャフトに結合した。次に、配置ライン部分を、一次カテーテルを介してコントロールノブまでの経路を走行させた。コントロールノブは、一次カテーテル上に近位に位置させたハブの一部であった。シース−配置ラインのシース部分は、二重壁チューブの形態であった。
本例により、ミシン目及び意図する応力ライザーをシースに導入することにより、シース−配置ラインのシース部分の配置ラインへの変換を開始又は維持するための手段の組み込みについて説明する。

本例では、自己拡張性装置だけでなくバルーン拡張性装置の両方の供給及び配置に使用される本発明の配置システムの構成について説明する。本例の配置システムでは、膨張性バルーンの形態のプロテーゼ内取付け部材を使用する。
Claims (9)
- 自己拡張性管腔内装置用配置システムであって、
前記管腔内装置をカバーするように適合された除去可能シースであって、前記管腔内装置の少なくとも一部分を包囲し、かつ、導入プロファイルにおいて前記装置を拘束するように適合された二重壁チューブ状構造物の形をした厚さ0.05mm未満の薄連続フィルムを含むシースと、を備え、
装置の配置を実施するための、前記シースと一体の配置ラインを備えており、
配置すると、前記シースが前記配置ラインの作動により管腔内装置から分離し、前記シースが配置ラインとともに前記装置から引き離され、そして
前記管腔内装置と前記管腔内装置の下にある供給カテーテルとの間に圧縮性構造物が配置され、前記シースが引張りにより分割して細長いフィラメントに変換する
ことを特徴とする配置システム。 - シースからフィラメントへの分割を促進する手段を設ける、請求項1に記載の配置システム。
- 前記分割促進手段が、スプリッターを備えている、請求項1に記載の配置システム。
- 前記分割促進手段が、前記シース−配置ラインに組み込まれた人工的に形成された欠陥を備えている、請求項1に記載の配置システム。
- 前記シースが、二層で前記管腔内装置を包囲する連続フィルムを含む、請求項1に記載の配置システム。
- 単一のカテーテルシャフトを備えている、請求項1に記載の配置システム。
- 前記カテーテルシャフトは、管腔内装置の導入プロファイルを超えて延びる、請求項6に記載の配置システム。
- 前記圧縮性構造物が弾力性をも示す、請求項1に記載の配置システム。
- 前記シースは、カテーテルシャフトに結合されていない、請求項1に記載の配置システム。
