Claims (17)
- 分析がなされるサンプル材料を、水分に対して不透過性でありかつ検出すべき検体に対して透過性である容器に封入し、
該容器を、周囲空気を満たしたサンプル容器内に配置し、
分析がなされるサンプル材料と空気サンプルとの間で、揮発性検体の平衡濃度を確立させ、
その後、サンプル容器からの空気サンプルを分析する、土壌からの空気サンプル中の揮発性検体を検出するための方法であって、
検出すべき検体に対して選択的感受性を有する表面層を備えた、少なくとも1つのセンサ領域を有する、水晶マイクロバランスを含む質量感応センサを、分析がなされる空気サンンプルに接触させ、
該表面層の質量変化を電気信号の形で検出し、該電気信号について評価し、センサ信号を、最大センサ信号がまだ得られない時点で評価し、
前記空気サンプルの湿分含量が、周囲空気の湿分含量に相当するように、前記質量感応センサを、各測定の前および/または後に周囲空気でパージする、前記方法。 - 前記センサ信号を、最大センサ信号の50〜99%の間が得られた時点で評価する、請求項1に記載の方法。

- 分析がなされる土壌サンプル材料(11)を封入するための、水分に対して不透過性でありかつ検出すべき検体に対して透過性である容器(12)と、
該容器(12)を収容するための、周囲空気で満たされたサンプル容器(13)と、
検出すべき検体に対して選択的感受性を有する表面層を備えた、少なくとも1つのセンサ領域(21)を有する、水晶マイクロバランスを含む質量感応センサ(20)と、
質量感応センサ(20)を各測定の前および/または後に周囲空気でパージする手段(22)と、
該質量感応センサを、分析がなされる空気サンプルに接触させる手段(22)と、
該センサ領域の表面層の質量変化を決定するための検出手段であって、質量変化に依存するセンサ信号を提供する検出手段と、
該検出手段および質量感応センサを前記接触させるための手段(22)を制御するための、制御手段(23)とを含み、
該制御手段(23)が、最大センサ信号に達する前の所定時点でセンサ信号が検出されるように、該検出手段を制御するよう構成されていることを特徴とする、
空気サンプル中の揮発性検体を検出するための、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の方法を実施するための装置。 - 前記質量感応センサをパージする手段、および前記質量感応センサを分析がなされる空気サンプルに接触させる手段が、送出方向を逆にすることができるポンプ(22)を有する、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 所定時点で検出された前記センサ信号が、最大センサ信号の50%〜99%の間に達する、請求項8または9に記載の装置。
- 前記質量感度センサ(20)のセンサ領域(21)が、水晶マイクロバランスを含み、前記検出手段が、内部に水晶マイクロバランスを配置した電気共振回路を含む、請求項8〜10のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記質量感度センサ(20)が、同じ材料であるが厚さが異なる材料でコーティングされた、少なくとも2つのセンサ領域(21)を含む、請求項8から11のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記質量感度センサ(20)が、種々の検体に対して選択性を有する層を備えたセンサ領域(21)を示す、請求項8から12のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記空気サンプルの湿度を決定する湿度センサを、追加として備える、請求項8から13のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記湿度センサが、別個の容量センサユニットである、請求項14に記載の装置。
- 前記選択的表面層が、大環状分子、デンドリマー、カリックスアーレン、およびノボラックからなる群から選択される材料を含む、請求項8から15のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記装置が可搬式センサデバイス(16)として設計される、請求項8から16のいずれかに記載の装置。
