Description
本発明に係る漂白剤組成物(A)は、次亜ハロゲン酸塩(a)〔以下、(a)成分という〕、アルカリ金属水酸化物(b)〔以下、(b)成分という〕及び水(c)〔以下、(c)成分という〕を含有する。
本発明では、20℃における水100gへの溶解度が0.5g以下である水酸化物の陽イオンとリン酸イオン又は硫酸イオンからなる水溶性無機塩(d)〔以下、(d)成分という〕が用いられる。
本発明では上記漂白剤組成物(A)及び(d)成分を、漂白剤組成物(A)中の(b)成分と(d)成分が、(b)/(d)=1/5〜50/1、好ましくは1/5〜10/1、より好ましくは1/2〜5/1、さらに好ましくは2/3〜2/1の当量比になるように混合して漂白対象物に接触させて適用する。
表1に示す漂白剤組成物(A)及び表2に示す水性組成物(B)を用いて、以下の評価を行った。水性組成物(B)の調製の際、pHを調整する場合には、0.1Nの水酸化ナトリウム、又は0.1Nの塩酸を用い、沈殿などをできるだけ生じないよう十分に攪拌しながらpH調整を行った。なお、各組成物のpH(20℃)は、堀場製作所製pH測定器モデルD−21、測定電極#6366−10Dを用いて測定した。
200mlトールビーカーに表2に示す水性組成物(B)を0.7g秤量し、表1の漂白剤組成物(A)を0.7ml滴下し、ラップにて密封し5分後に北川式ガス検知管塩素ガス0.1−10.0ppm(光明理化学工業株式会社)を用いて測定した。検知管の読み値が5ppm未満のものを「○」、5ppm以上10ppm未満のものを「△」、10ppm以上のものを「×」とした。
一般家庭の浴室ドアに使用している軟質ポリ塩化ビニル樹脂パッキンに実使用条件にてカビを発生させ、その試験片を採取し約1cm程度に切断し評価サンプルとした。測色色差計(日本電色工業(株)製、ND−300A)を用いて評価サンプルの明度(L値)を測定し、L値の差が±2以内のものを用いて評価を行った。評価方法は、3cm×3cmに裁断した市販のティッシュペーパー2組(4枚重ね)に、表2に示す水性組成物(B)1mLを含浸させた後、ドライヤーで乾燥したシートを作製した。このシートを評価サンプルの上に載せて、表1の漂白剤組成物(A)を1mL滴下した。評価サンプルにシートが密着するように軽く押さえてから10分間放置した後、評価サンプルを水洗し、風乾して漂白処理を行った。処理後の評価サンプルの明度(L値)を測定し、処理前の明度との差を算出し、塩を併用せずに漂白剤組成物(A)のみで処理した場合を100とした相対値で表した。

- 次亜ハロゲン酸塩(a)を1〜5質量%、アルカリ金属水酸化物(b)を0.2〜1質量%、及び水(c)を含有し、20℃におけるpHが12.5〜13.5である漂白剤組成物(A)と、カルシウムイオン、マグネシウムイオン、アルミニウムイオン、亜鉛イオン、マンガンイオンから選ばれる陽イオンとリン酸イオン又は硫酸イオンからなる水溶性無機塩(d)、及び水を含有し、20℃におけるpHが6.0〜9.5である水性組成物(B)とを、(b)/(d)が1/5〜50/1の当量比となるように漂白対象物に接触させる直前に混合した後、漂白対象物に接触させる漂白方法。
- 次亜ハロゲン酸塩(a)を1〜5質量%、アルカリ金属水酸化物(b)を0.2〜1質量%、及び水(c)を含有し、20℃におけるpHが12.5〜13.5である漂白剤組成物(A)と、カルシウムイオン、マグネシウムイオン、アルミニウムイオン、亜鉛イオン、マンガンイオンから選ばれる陽イオンとリン酸イオン又は硫酸イオンからなる水溶性無機塩(d)、及び水を含有し、20℃におけるpHが6.0〜9.5である水性組成物(B)とを、(b)/(d)が1/5〜50/1の当量比となるように漂白対象物の表面で混合した後、漂白対象物に接触させる漂白方法。
- 前記漂白剤組成物(A)と水性組成物(B)とを混合した混合物の20℃におけるpHが10〜12である請求項1又は2記載の漂白方法。
- 前記陽イオンがマグネシウムイオン及びアルミニウムイオンから選ばれる請求項1〜3の何れか1項記載の漂白方法。
- 次亜ハロゲン酸塩(a)を1〜5質量%、アルカリ金属水酸化物(b)を0.2〜1質量%、及び水(c)を含有し、20℃におけるpHが12.5〜13.5である漂白剤組成物(A)が収容された容器と、カルシウムイオン、マグネシウムイオン、アルミニウムイオン、亜鉛イオン、マンガンイオンから選ばれる陽イオンとリン酸イオン又は硫酸イオンからなる水溶性無機塩(d)、及び水を含有し、20℃におけるpHが6.0〜9.5である水性組成物(B)が収容された他の容器とを含んで構成される、請求項1〜4何れか記載の方法に供される漂白用キット。
- カルシウムイオン、マグネシウムイオン、アルミニウムイオン、亜鉛イオン、マンガンイオンから選ばれる陽イオンとリン酸イオン又は硫酸イオンからなる水溶性無機塩(d)、及び水を含有し、20℃におけるpHが6.0〜9.5である水性組成物(B)を含浸させた後、乾燥させた可撓性吸液性シートに、次亜ハロゲン酸塩(a)を1〜5質量%、アルカリ金属水酸化物(b)を0.2〜1質量%、及び水(c)を含有し、20℃におけるpHが12.5〜13.5である漂白剤組成物(A)を、(b)/(d)が1/5〜50/1の当量比となるように含浸させたシートを、漂白対象物に接触させる漂白方法。
- カルシウムイオン、マグネシウムイオン、アルミニウムイオン、亜鉛イオン、マンガンイオンから選ばれる陽イオンとリン酸イオン又は硫酸イオンからなる水溶性無機塩(d)、及び水を含有し、20℃におけるpHが6.0〜9.5である水性組成物(B)を含浸させた後、乾燥させてなる、請求項6の方法に供される可撓性吸液性シート。
