Description
を有する2−シアノピリジン誘導体またはその塩を酢酸中ラネーニッケルを用いて30〜70℃の温度及び1〜50バールの水素圧下で水素化することによる一般式(I):
ハロアルキルは1個以上のハロゲン原子で置換されたC1−6アルキル部分を意味する;
アルコキシカルボニルはC1−6アルコキシカルボニルを意味し、好適例はメトキシカルボニル、エトキシカルボニル、n−プロポキシカルボニル及びi−プロポキシカルボニルであり得る;
アルキルスルホニルはC1−6アルキルスルホニルを意味する;
ハロゲン原子は臭素原子、塩素原子、ヨウ素原子またはフッ素原子であり得る。
Xに関してXは塩素である;
nに関してnは1である;
Yに関してYはハロアルキル、より好ましくはトリフルオロメチルである;
として選択される。
1L容量のステンレススチール反応容器に酢酸(400g)及び(予め洗浄液がpH7となるまで水で洗浄した)Ni−Ra(6g)を装入した。反応器に窒素をパージし、次いで水素をパージした。40℃まで昇温させるために反応器に熱を加え、反応器圧力を水素で18バールまで上昇させた。

- nが1である請求の範囲第1項または第2項に記載の方法。
- Yがハロアルキルである請求の範囲第1項から第3項のいずれかに記載の方法。
- Yがトリフルオロメチルである請求の範囲第4項に記載の方法。
- Xが塩素であり、nが1であり、Yがトリフルオロメチルである請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。
- 一般式(I)を有する化合物が2−アミノメチル−3−クロロ−5−トリフルオロメチルピリジンである請求の範囲第6項に記載の方法。
- 温度を35から50℃から選択する請求の範囲第1項〜第7項のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 水素圧を2から30バールから選択する請求の範囲第1項〜第8項のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 水素圧を10から20バールから選択する請求の範囲第9項に記載の方法。
- ラネーニッケルを一般式(II)の化合物に対して1から20%の重量比で導入する請求の範囲第1項〜第10項のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 温度を35から50℃から選択し、水素圧を10から20バールから選択し、ラネーニッケルを一般式(II)の化合物に対して1から20%の重量比で導入する請求の範囲第7項に記載の方法。
