Claims (3)
- 自身を案内するための先端を有する工具軸と、
前記工具軸に連結して前記工具軸の回転速度と軸方向の線速度とを提供するための駆動機構と、
を有する製造工具において、
前記工具軸の先端に近接した外周面に、外径が該工具軸の直径よりも大きく且つ動圧軸受の軸孔の内径よりも小さい少なくとも一つの環状フランジが形成されており、
前記工具軸の外周面には、複数の凸起物が前記工具軸と一体に形成され、
前記凸起物が、弧形状の凸起部と、該凸起部の最高部から突設された先頭部とを有し、前記凸起部の半径方向の幅は前記動圧軸受の軸孔の内径と等しく、前記先頭部の高さは
前記動圧軸受の動圧発生溝の深さと等しいことを特徴とする動圧軸受の製造工具。 - 前記工具軸の先端に互いに離間した二つの環状フランジが形成されており、これらの環状フランジの間に環状溝部が形成されており、前記凸起物が、環状溝部の底面に且つ同一円周上に位置するように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の動圧軸受の製造工具。
- 前記環状フランジが前記工具軸と同軸に設けられており、前記環状フランジの径方向の幅が前記工具軸の直径よりも大きく寸法設計されていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の動圧軸受の製造工具。
