図5に示すように、上下の加熱加圧冷却板14の間にクッション材1を配置させ、4MPaの加圧力をかけながら、190℃の加熱を100分間行った後、加圧力を維持したまま水冷による冷却を20分間行い、その後加圧を開放するサイクルを1サイクルとするプレスを100回まで繰返した。加圧前と加圧中でのクッション材1の厚み変化量をクッション性の指標とし、プレスを繰り返すことにより、クッション性がどのように変化していくかを測定した。その結果を表2に示す。
図6に示すように、下から加熱加圧盤(30℃)15、断熱材(熱抵抗52.52sec・℃/cal)16、熱電対17、クッション材1の順に積み上げ、その上から加熱加圧盤(185℃)18によって圧力4MPaで加圧し、熱電対17に伝わる温度を読み取った。結果は、サンプル1の初回プレス時の測定温度を100とした対比で表し、表2に示す。
[厚み復元性]
各クッション材を無加圧状態で180℃のオーブンに30分間入れ、厚みの復元量を測定した。加熱前の厚みと加熱による厚み復元量を表2に示す。
Claims (14)
- 繊維ウエブからなる不織布を備えた熱プレス用クッション材において、
前記繊維ウエブが、プレス対象物の熱プレス成形温度よりも低い軟化温度を有する第一成分と、プレス対象物の熱プレス成形温度よりも高い軟化温度を有する耐熱性の第二成分とを含み、
前記繊維ウエブは、前記第一成分からなる芯部と、前記第二成分からなる被覆部とからなる芯鞘構造を有する繊維から構成され、
前記不織布が、前記第一成分の軟化温度以上で前記第二成分の軟化温度よりも低い温度で圧縮処理されていることを特徴とする、熱プレス用クッション材。 - 繊維ウエブからなる不織布を備えた熱プレス用クッション材において、
前記繊維ウエブが、プレス対象物の熱プレス成形温度よりも低い軟化温度を有する第一成分と、軟化温度を持たない耐熱性の第二成分とを含み、
前記繊維ウエブは、前記第一成分からなる芯部と、前記第二成分からなる被覆部とからなる芯鞘構造を有する繊維から構成され、
前記不織布が、前記第一成分の軟化温度以上の温度で圧縮処理されていることを特徴とする、熱プレス用クッション材。 - 前記第一成分は、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ナイロン6、低融点ポリエステル、アクリル、ポリビニルアルコール、ポリフェニレンサルファイドからなる群から選ばれた材料であり、
前記第二成分は、ナイロン66、ポリベンゾオキサゾール、ポリベンゾイミダゾール、ポリイミド、ポリエステル、ポリフェニレンサルファイド、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン、フェノールからなる群から選ばれた材料である、請求項1に記載の熱プレス用クッション材。 - 前記第一成分は、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ナイロン6、低融点ポリエステル、アクリル、ポリビニルアルコール、ポリフェニレンサルファイドからなる群から選ばれた材料であり、
前記第二成分は、芳香族ポリアミド、ポリアミドイミド、ポリアリレート、金属、カーボン、シリカ、ガラス、セラミックスからなる群から選ばれた材料である、請求項2に記載の熱プレス用クッション材。 - 前記繊維ウエブは、前記第一成分を主体とする第一繊維と、前記第二成分を主体とする第二繊維とを混合したものである、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の熱プレス用クッション材。
- 前記第一繊維と前記第二繊維との混合割合が、質量比率で5/95〜70/30である、請求項5に記載の熱プレス用クッション材。
- 前記不織布は、前記繊維ウエブと、前記第二成分と同等の成分からなる織布とをニードルパンチしたものである、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の熱プレス用クッション材。
- 前記不織布上に積層された表面被覆材を備える、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の熱プレス用クッション材。
- 圧縮不織布を備えた熱プレス用クッション材を製造する方法であって、
プレス対象物の熱プレス成形温度よりも低い軟化温度を有する熱可塑性の第一成分と、プレス対象物の熱プレス成形温度よりも高い軟化温度を有するか又は軟化温度を持たない耐熱性の第二成分とを含み、前記第一成分からなる芯部と、前記第二成分からなる被覆部とによって構成された芯鞘構造を有する繊維ウエブからなる不織布を準備する工程と、
前記不織布を前記第一成分の軟化温度以上の温度で圧縮する工程と、
前記不織布を、圧縮状態を維持したままで前記第一成分の軟化温度より低い温度に冷却する工程と、
冷却後に、前記不織布に対する圧縮状態を開放する工程とを備える、熱プレス用クッション材の製造方法。 - 前記繊維ウエブは、前記第一成分を主体とする第一繊維と、前記第二成分を主体とする第二繊維とを混合したものである、請求項9に記載の熱プレス用クッション材の製造方法。
- 前記第一繊維と前記第二繊維との混合割合が、質量比率で5/95〜70/30である、請求項10に記載の熱プレス用クッション材の製造方法。
- 前記不織布は、前記繊維ウエブと、前記第二成分と同等の成分からなる織布とをニードルパンチしたものである、請求項9〜11のいずれかに記載の熱プレス用クッション材の製造方法。
- 前記不織布上に、表面被覆材が積層一体化されている、請求項9〜12のいずれかに記載の熱プレス用クッション材の製造方法。
- 積層板材料と加熱・加圧手段との間に平板状のクッション材を介在させた状態で加熱・加圧処理する積層板の製造方法であって、前記クッション材は、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の熱プレス用クッション材であることを特徴とする、積層板の製造方法。
