Claims (6)
- 有機自硬性鋳型を用いて鋳造する際に発生する臭気ガスを回収して水に溶かし込んだ溶液であるアミン系化合物を含む被処理溶液を光触媒に接触させながら、N−H結合の解離エネルギー以上のエネルギーを有する紫外線を含む低圧水銀灯からの光を、前記光触媒の表面での平均照度が少なくとも3.42mW/cm2となるように、前記光触媒の表面に照射すると共に前記溶液にも照射することにより、前記アミン系化合物を分解することを特徴とするアミン系化合物分解方法。
- 請求項1記載の発明において、前記アミン系化合物はアンモニア(NH3)、及び又はアンモニアの水素原子を炭化水素基等の原子団で置換した化合物(すなわち、アミン)を含むことを特徴とするアミン系化合物分解方法。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の発明において、前記紫外線は、波長が約340nm以下であることを特徴とするアミン系化合物分解方法。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の発明において、前記紫外線は、波長が約254nmであることを特徴とするアミン系化合物分解方法。
- 請求項1乃至4の何れかに記載の発明において、前記光触媒は酸化チタンを含有するものであることを特徴とするアミン系化合物分解方法。
- 請求項1乃至5の何れかに記載の発明において、前記アミン系化合物を含む被処理溶液をシャワー状に散水して前記光触媒に接触させるものであることを特徴とするアミン系化合物分解方法。
