Claims (4)
- 一方のフィルムロール側を供給位置にて供給状態とし、他方のフィルムロール側を待機位置にて待機状態として前記各フィルムロールのフィルムを繰り出し案内可能に着脱自在に支持するフィルム供給部と、
前記フィルム供給部から繰り出される待機フィルムロールのフィルム始端部側を引き出し案内状態にて仮止め支持する待機フィルム保持部と、
前記待機フィルム保持部の位置からフィルムの上流側の位置にて前記供給フィルムロールのフィルムの終端部側と前記待機フィルムロールのフィルムの始端部側とを熱溶着により接続し、かつ前記供給フィルムロールの終端部側に位置するフィルムの余剰部分を溶断可能とする熱溶着・溶断機構からなるフィルム接続部と、
前記フィルム接続部による前記供給フィルムロールのフィルムの終端部側と前記待機フィルムロールのフィルムの始端部側との熱溶着時に前記供給フィルムロールのフィルムの余剰部分を分離可能とするフィルム端切り離し部と、
を備えてなり、かつ前記フィルム端切り離し部は、前記供給フィルムロールのフィルムの余剰部分を押し込み分離するための押し込み部材が前後動可能に設けられたものであることを特徴とするフィルム自動切換装置。 - 前記フィルム端切り離し部の押し込み部材の先端部は、前記供給フィルムロールのフィルムの余剰部分に対して接触する角度を変更可能に設けてなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフィルム自動切換装置。
- 前記フィルム供給部には、
前記フィルム接続部による前記待機フィルムロールのフィルムと前記供給フィルムロールのフィルムとの接続動作に当たり、
該供給フィルムロールと該待機フィルムロールとを支持する支持枠を、それの中央位置に設けられた回転支軸を介して回転可能に支持すると共に、その支持枠の回転によって搬出側となる前記待機フィルムロールを、前記フィルムロール供給状態側へと移行させるローテーション機構
が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフィルム自動切換装置。 - 前記フィルムの条件に合わせて前記熱溶着・溶断機構からなるフィルム接続部の通電磁管を設定してなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフィルム自動切換装置。
