Description
なお、図6に示す本実施の形態は、内側部16に設けられる柱4´が位置する部分の基礎スラブ1に形成される高剛性部11は、臥梁8ではなく、厚さは薄板状(300mm)のままで鉄筋の配筋ピッチを短くすることで強度を高めている点で、図1に示した実施の形態と相違する。

Claims (2)
- 地盤上に構築される平坦な基礎スラブと、上部構造の架構を形成する柱の直下に位置し前記基礎スラブと前記上部構造との間に設置される免震装置とを備えた免震建物の基礎構造であって、
少なくとも前記上部構造の外周部に前記基礎スラブを厚くした臥梁が設けられて前記基礎スラブが補剛され、
前記上部構造の外周部に設けられた前記臥梁と前記上部構造との間にダンパーが設置されてねじれ振動が抑制される
ことを特徴とする免震建物の基礎構造。 - 前記臥梁は、前記上部構造の外周部の柱通り芯に沿って設けられ、かつ前記基礎スラブを矩形状に区画するように構成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の免震建物の基礎構造。
