Description
前記ポリブテンエマルジョンの配合量は、バインダー成分の固形分100質量部とした場合に固形分換算で30〜50質量部であり、かつ前記アクリルエマルジョンおよびロジンエステルエマルジョンの配合量は、前記ポリブテンエマルジョンの固形分100質量部に対して50〜200質量部であり、
前記海棲生物忌避剤の配合量は、前記バインダー成分の固形分100質量部に対して固形分換算で50〜200質量部含有することを特徴とする水性防汚塗料組成物。
以下、表1〜4の配合例に示す配合で試験液を調製した後、5cm×12cmのガラスプレート上に乾燥後の塗膜が均一になるように試験液を塗布した。その後、5℃、20℃および50℃にそれぞれ調温された恒温乾燥機中で12時間乾燥した後、得られた試験片について20℃に調温され、0.5ノットの流速を与えた恒温水槽中に1ヶ月間懸垂し、塗膜の状態を観察し、残存状態について判定した。また同時に上記調製した試験液を−20℃に保持された冷凍庫中で凍結させた後常温で解凍し、試験液の状態(凝集性)について観察した。その結果は表1〜4に示すとおりであった。

(1)塗膜の密着性及び解凍後の凝集性テストで5℃、20℃、50℃乾燥試料の全てにおいて塗膜が残存(△及び○の評価のもの)していたもので、凍結解凍後の試験液の状態が良好なもの(○の評価のもの)について海棲生物忌避剤を処方し、当社試験筏にてスクリーニングの目的で防汚効果比較試験を行なった。
以下の表5〜8に示す実施例及び比較例で示された組成で防汚塗料を調製した後、20cm×30cmのポリエステル製漁網(5節250デニール120本縒り)を用いて浸漬処理を行ない、室温(20℃)にて乾燥させた後、ステンレス製の懸垂試験枠に張りつけ、神奈川県横須賀市長浦沖水深2mのところに5ヶ月間懸垂し、1〜2ヶ月ごとに海棲生物の付着状況を調査した。その結果を表5〜8に示す。
海棲生物による試験網地の目合の被覆割合を目視観察により評価する。

<防汚効果試験>
防汚効果スクリーニングテストにて良好な防汚効果が得られた配合組成のもの参考に、以下の表9〜10に示す実施例および比較例で示された組成で防汚塗料を調製した後、45cm×45cmのポリエステル製漁網(5節250デニール120本縒り)を用いて浸漬処理を行ない、室温(20℃)にて乾燥させた後、ステンレス製の懸垂試験枠に張りつけ、北海道根室市歯舞沖に設置してある定置網付近の水深2mのところに3ヶ月間懸垂し、1ヶ月および3ヶ月後に海棲生物の付着状況を調査した。その結果を表9〜10に示す。
海棲生物による試験網地の目合の被覆割合を目視観察により評価する。

Claims (3)
- 少なくとも数平均分子量300〜5000のポリブテンエマルジョン、アクリルエマルジョンおよびロジンエステルエマルジョンを含むバインダー成分と、海棲生物忌避剤とを有する水性防汚塗料組成物であって、
前記ポリブテンエマルジョンの配合量は、バインダー成分の固形分100質量部とした場合に固形分換算で30〜50質量部であり、かつ前記アクリルエマルジョンおよびロジンエステルエマルジョンの配合量は、前記ポリブテンエマルジョンの固形分100質量部に対して50〜200質量部であり、
前記海棲生物忌避剤の配合量は、前記バインダー成分の固形分100質量部に対して固形分換算で50〜200質量部含有することを特徴とする水性防汚塗料組成物。 - さらに、界面活性剤を含む請求項1に記載の水性防汚塗料組成物。
- 前記界面活性剤の配合量は、前記バインダー成分の固形分100質量部に対して固形分換算で1〜30質量部含有する、請求項1または2に記載の水性防汚塗料組成物。
