Description
本発明は、上記問題に鑑み、有機溶剤系防汚塗料に匹敵する防汚性能を有する水性防汚塗料を提供することを目的とする。
かかるアルケニルコハク酸無水物は、後述するナフサ分解からのポリブテンに無水マレイン酸を付加して製造することができる。分子量1000程度のものは市販品として入手することもできる。
(実施例1および2、及び、比較例1および2)
以下の表1に示す組成物を均一に攪拌混合して水性防汚塗料を調製した。表中に示したマレイン化ポリブテンは、上述の請求項1に記載した構造においてR3がメチルであるアルケニルコハク酸無水物であり、数平均分子量1100である。
各実施例および比較例の水性防汚塗料を、ポリエチレン製無結節網(7節400デニール/50本撚り)にディッピング法で塗布し、5日間天日乾燥させることにより、試験網を作成した。各試験網を無処理網とともに平成17年3月中旬から4ヶ月間、大阪府泉南郡岬町淡輪の海面下約1mに浸漬し、生物の付着状況を調べた。結果を表2に示す。
Claims (5)
- さらに、バインダー成分と防汚有効成分とを含有し、溶媒としての水に乳化された請求項1記載の水性防汚塗料。
- さらに、溶出調整剤を含有する請求項1または請求項2のいずれかに記載の水性防汚塗料。
- バインダー成分が樹脂エマルジョンである請求項2記載の水性防汚塗料。
- 溶出調整剤が、ジアルキルポリスルフィド類、シリコーンオイル類、およびポリブテン類(ただし、炭素数16以上のアルケニル基を有する常温で液状のアルケニルコハク酸無水物を除く)より選ばれる1種類または2種類以上である請求項3記載の水性防汚塗料。
