Claims (10)
- ディジタルオフセット印刷用の中間転写部材の製造方法であって、
a)中間転写部材の本体部分(12)を供給し、
b)前記本体部分(12)を、ゴム層(14)でコーティングし、
c)前記ゴム層(14)を、オルガノシラン、光開始剤及び触媒を含むプライマーでコーティングし、
d)前記プライマーを、リリース層(18)でコーティングし、
e)前記プライマーコーティング(16)にUV照射を適用して、前記オルガノシランを前記ゴム層(14)に結合させる
ことを含む、方法。 - 前記リリース層のコーティング材料が、縮合型のシリコーンである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ゴム層が、硬化されたゴムを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ステップc)が、
i)前記オルガノシラン及び前記光開始剤の塗布、並びに
ii)前記触媒の塗布
からなる2つのステップで実施される、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記触媒が、スズ化合物、有機チタン酸塩及び有機ジルコン酸塩からなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記光開始剤が、α−ヒドロキシケトン、α−アミノケトン及びベンザルジメチル−ケタールからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- インク画像を第1の表面から受容し、それを第2の表面へ転写するのに適した中間転写部材であって、
本体(12)、
前記本体(12)上に配置されたゴム層(14)、
前記ゴム層上に配置された、オルガノシラン、光開始剤及び触媒を含むプライマー(16)、並びに
前記プライマー上に配置されたリリース層(18)を含み、
任意に、前記オルガノシランが、前記ゴム層への照射によって結合されている、中間転写部材。 - 前記触媒が、スズ化合物及びチタン酸塩からなる群から選択される、請求項7に記載の中間転写部材。
- シリコーンリリースコーティングをゴム部材に接着させる方法であって、
前記ゴム部材(14)を、オルガノシラン、光開始剤及び触媒を含むプライマー(16)でコーティングし、
前記プライマー(16)を、未硬化ポリマー材料でオーバーコーティングし、前記触媒が、該未硬化ポリマー材料に対して活性であり、
前記ポリマー材料を硬化して、リリースコーティング(18)を形成し、該リリースコーティング材料が縮合型のシリコーンである
ことを含む、方法。 - 前記プライマーを照射して、該プライマーを前記ゴム層に結合させることをさらに含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
