Claims (5)
- 二次電池モジュールであって、
積層された単位電池の上部及び下部を、ケースにより覆う分離された構造で構築された前記ケースと、
電池の作動を制御するスイッチングボードを有する回路部とを備えてなり、
前記スイッチングボードが、前記二次電池モジュールを構成する単位電池に電気的に連結される印刷回路基板と、
過充電、過放電及び過電流を防止するために前記印刷回路基板に実装されてなるスイッチング素子と、
前記スイッチング素子に連結され、前記印刷回路基板に実装されてなる放熱構造物とを備えてなり、
前記放熱構造物が、前記スイッチング素子がそれぞれ締結された一対の側部フレームと、
前記側部フレームを互いに連結する本体フレームと、
前記本体フレームから上方に突出し、相互に平行に配列された多数の放熱リブを備えてなり、これにより、前記印刷回路基板に実装されてなる前記放熱構造物の表面が、前記実装された垂直方向の上部から見て長方形形状をなし、
前記側部フレームが、前記側部フレームの長手方向に延長された締結溝を有してなり、
前記スイッチング素子が、前記締結溝に係合されるねじ部を有する締結部材により前記放熱構造物に締結されてなり、
前記放熱構造物の前記側部フレームが、前記側部フレームの下端面に、前記側部フレームの長手方向に延長された締結溝が形成されており、
前記放熱構造物が、前記締結溝に係合されるねじ部を有する締結部材により前記印刷回路基板に締結されてなるものである、二次電池モジュール。 - 前記スイッチング素子が、FET素子である、請求項1に記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記本体フレーム、側部フレーム及び放熱リブが、一体成形されてなる、請求項1に記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記一体成形された成形物の素材が、アルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金である、請求項3に記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記放熱リブが、前記側部フレームに対して平行である、請求項1に記載の二次電池モジュール。
