Abstract
【解決手段】二次電池モジュールの充放電制御のためのスイッチング素子300,310,320,330に連結される放熱構造物200であり、充電用スイッチング素子300,310と放電用スイッチング素子320,330がそれぞれ締結される一対の側部フレーム210,220と、前記側部フレーム210,220を互いに連結する本体フレーム230と、前記本体フレーム230から上方に突出して平行に配列された多数の放熱リブ240とを含み、全体的に長方形のコンパクトな形状からなる放熱構造物を構成する。

Claims (11)
- 二次電池モジュールの充放電制御のためのスイッチング素子に連結される放熱構造物において、充電用スイッチング素子と放電用スイッチング素子がそれぞれ締結される一対の側部フレームと、前記側部フレームを互いに連結する本体フレームと、前記本体フレームから上方に突出して平行に配列された多数の放熱リブと、を含んで構成されており、全体的に長方形のコンパクトな形状からなる放熱構造物。
- 前記スイッチング素子は、FET素子であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の放熱構造物。
- 前記側部フレームには、その長手方向に延長される締結溝が形成されており、前記締結溝に係合されるねじ部を有する締結部材でスイッチング素子を締結することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の放熱構造物。
- 前記本体フレーム、側部フレーム及び放熱リブは、一体として成形されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の放熱構造物。
- 前記成形物の素材は、アルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金からなることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の放熱構造物。
- 前記放熱リブの配向方向は、側部フレームに対して平行であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の放熱構造物。
- 電池モジュールを構成する各単位電池に電気的に連結される印刷回路基板と、過充電、過放電及び過電流を防止するために前記印刷回路基板に実装されるスイッチング素子と、前記印刷回路基板に電気的に連結された状態で前記スイッチング素子に連結された請求項1による放熱構造物と、を含んで構成されるスイッチングボード。
- 前記放熱構造物の側部フレームの下端面には、前記側部フレームの長手方向に延長された締結溝が形成されており、前記締結溝に係合されるねじ部を有する締結部材で印刷回路基板を放熱構造物に締結することを特徴とする請求項7に記載のスイッチングボード。
- 請求項7によるスイッチングボードを含んで構成された大容量・高出力の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記電池モジュールは、
充放電可能な二次電池である多数の単位電池と;
メーンボードアセンブリが付着される下端収納部と、前記各単位電池が順次積層される上端収納部と、を含む長方形の下部ケースと;
前記下部ケース上に積層された各単位電池の上端を覆う下端収納部を含む長方形の上部ケースと;
積層された各単位電池の電気的連結を行い、電池の電圧、電流及び温度などを検出するセンシングボードアセンブリを含み、各単位電池の電極リード方向に電池モジュールの側面に付着された第1回路部と;
前記第1回路部と電気的に連結されており、電池モジュールを全般的に制御するメーンボードアセンブリを含み、前記下部ケースの下端収納部に装着された第2回路部と;
前記第2回路部と電気的に連結されており、請求項7によるスイッチングボードを含み、前記第1回路部の対向側である電池モジュールの他側面に付着された第3回路部と;を含んで構成されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の二次電池モジュール。 - 前記スイッチングボード上のスイッチング素子を制御する回路は、第2回路部または第3回路部に含まれることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の二次電池モジュール。
