請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記第一のコーティング組成物は、わずかに100g/Lの調節されたVOCを有し、前記顔料の混合物におけるもの以外の全ての顔料がないものであり、且つ、384秒−1でわずかに200cpsの粘度を有する、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記硬化した第一のコーティングの弾性的な仕事のエネルギー(We/Wtot)を測定することは、微小硬度を測定することを含む、請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記硬化した第一のコーティングの微小硬度を測定することは、Fischer Microhardness Toolで微小硬度を測定することを含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 微小硬度を測定することは、弾性的な仕事のエネルギー(We/Wtot)を測定することに加えて、ユニバーサル硬度、最大の押し込み、最大の力でのクリープ、最小の力でのクリープ、ヤング率、又は、前記のものの二つ以上の組み合わせの一つ以上を測定することをさらに含む、請求項10又は11に記載の方法。
- 微小硬度を測定することは、弾性的な仕事のエネルギー(We/Wtot)を測定することに加えて、ユニバーサル硬度、最大の押し込み、最大の力でのクリープ、最小の力でのクリープ、及び、ヤング率についての値を得ることをさらに含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記測定された弾性的な仕事のエネルギー(We/Wtot)は、少なくとも20%である、請求項1乃至13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記測定された弾性的な仕事のエネルギー(We/Wtot)は、約20%から約35%までである、請求項1乃至14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 約3.1%以下の%C.P.は、前記第一のコーティング組成物の硬化したフィルムを含む多層のコーティングの系の2%以下の合計の塗料の喪失に相関する、請求項1乃至15のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記多層のコーティングの系は、硬化した上塗り塗料のフィルムをさらに含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記硬化した上塗り塗料のフィルムは、硬化した透明塗料のフィルム及び硬化した下塗り塗料のフィルムをさらに含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 硬化したコーティングの系の%のグラベロメーターの塗料の喪失を予測する、請求項1乃至18のいずれか一項に記載の方法であって、
該コーティングの系は、電着された基体及び硬化したフィルムからなる多層のコーティングの系である、方法。
