・第1の金型半分(first moulding half)および互いに独立した複数のカップ状の凹所を有する第2の金型半分(second moulding half)を備えている金型へ、好ましくはフェルト層であって第1の金型半分に面する第1の通気性外皮層と、好ましくは外側通気性カバーおよび内側気密フィルムで構成されて第2の金型半分に面する第2の気密外皮層と、特に単層または複数層の多孔質のフェルトまたは不織材であって2つの外皮層の間に位置している通気性フィルム層と、を少なくとも含んでいる複数の層を挿入するステップ、
・金型を閉じ、フィルム層と第1の金型半分との間の第1の空間から好ましくは約1barで気体を排出し、あるいは第2の金型半分とフィルム層との間の第2の空間を好ましくは1〜8barの加圧気体で満たして、第1の外皮層を第1の金型半分に対して押し付けるステップ、
・第1の多孔質外皮層を、この層に適切な温度および圧力を加えることによって公知のやり方で成形および固化(consolidating)するステップ、

・金型を開放し、構造用軽量トリム部品を金型から取り出すステップ

・第1の金型半分6および複数のカップ状の凹所8を有する第2の金型半分7を備えている金型へと、好ましくは多孔質フェルト層であって第1の金型半分6に面する第1の通気性外皮層1と、好ましくは外側通気性カバー層3および内側気密フィルム層4で構成されて第2の金型半分7に面する第2の気密外皮層3、4と、特には単層または複数層の多孔質のフェルトまたは不織材であって第1の外皮層1と第2の外皮層3、4との間に位置している通気性フィルム層2と、を少なくとも含んでいる複数の層を挿入するステップ、
・金型6、7を閉じ、第2の金型半分7とフィルム層2との間の第2の空間を加圧気体5で満たし、第1の多孔質外皮層1を第1の金型半分6に向かって押し付けるステップ、
・第1の多孔質外皮層1を成形および固化するステップ、
・第1の金型半分6を介し、成形済みの第1の多孔質外皮層1および通気性フィルム層2を通して、前記第1の空間を加圧気体5で満たし、第2の外皮層3、4を第2の金型半分7に向かって押し付けるステップ、
・第2の外皮層3、4を成形および固化するステップ、
・一方で、カップ状の凹所8の間の領域において第1の外皮層1と第2の外皮層3、4とを互いに接合し、複数のカップ状の空洞を有する構造用軽量トリム部品を形成するステップ、および
・金型6、7を開放し、構造用軽量トリム部品を金型6、7から取り出すステップ
を含んでいる。
Claims (9)
- 構造用軽量トリム部品を製造するための方法であって、以下のステップ、すなわち
・第1の金型半分(6)および互いに独立した複数のカップ状の凹所(8)を有する第2の金型半分(7)を備えている金型へ、第1の金型半分(6)に面する第1の通気性外皮層(1)と、外側通気性カバー層(3)および内側気密フィルム層(4)で構成されて第2の金型半分(7)に面する第2の気密外皮層(3、4)と、第1の外皮層(1)と第2の外皮層(3、4)との間に位置している通気性フィルム層(2)と、を少なくとも含んでいる複数の層を挿入するステップ、
・金型(6、7)を閉じ、フィルム層(2)と第1の金型半分(6)との間の第1の空間から気体(5)を排出し、あるいは第2の金型半分(7)とフィルム層(2)との間の第2の空間を加圧気体(5)で満たして、第1の多孔質外皮層(1)を第1の金型半分(6)に対して押し付けるステップ、
・第1の多孔質外皮層(1)を成形および固化するステップ、
・第1の金型半分(6)を介し、成形済みの第1の多孔質外皮層(1)および通気性フィルム層(2)を通して、前記第1の空間を加圧気体(5)で満たし、第2の外皮層(3、4)を第2の金型半分(7)に対して押し付けるステップ、
・第2の外皮層(3、4)を成形および固化するステップ、
・一方で、カップ状の凹所(8)の間の領域において第1の外皮層(1)と第2の外皮層(3、4)とを互いに接合し、互いに独立した複数のカップ状の突起およびその突起の内部の空洞を有する構造用軽量トリム部品を形成するステップ、および
・金型(6、7)を開放し、構造用軽量トリム部品を金型(6、7)から取り出すステップ
を含んでいる方法。 - 気体(5)が、約1barでフィルム層(2)と第1の金型半分(6)との間の第1の空間から排出されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の構造用軽量トリム部品を製造するための方法。
- 第2の金型半分(7)とフィルム層(2)との間の第2の空間が、1〜8barで加圧気体によって満たされることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の構造用軽量トリム部品を製造するための方法。
- 請求項1に従って製造された構造用軽量トリム部品であって、
多孔質フェルト層である第1の通気性外皮層(1)と、熱可塑性フェルト/フィルム複合材である第2の気密外皮層(3、4)と、第1の外皮層(1)と第2の外皮層(3、4)との間に位置している通気性フィルム層(2)と、を少なくとも有しており、
第1および第2の外皮層が、当該構造用軽量トリム部品が互いに独立している複数のカップ状の突起およびそれらの内部の空洞を備えるように、固化され、成形され、互いに接合されている構造用軽量トリム部品。 - 第1の通気性外皮層(1)が、PP繊維ならびに20%〜60%のガラス繊維または天然繊維からなる熱可塑性フェルトまたは不織材を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の構造用軽量トリム部品。
- 第2の気密外皮層(3、4)が、PP繊維ならびに20%〜60%のガラス繊維または天然繊維からなる通気性熱可塑性フェルト(3)と、気密フィルム(4)とを含んでいることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の構造用軽量トリム部品。
- 気密フィルム(4)が、厚さ150μmの100%PPフィルムで構成されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の構造用軽量トリム部品。
- 気密フィルム(4)が、厚さ150μmのPP/PA/PP複合材で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の構造用軽量トリム部品。
- 通気性フィルム層(2)が、40g/m2の100%PET材料で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の構造用軽量トリム部品。
