第5:上記第1の発明方法の乾燥工程において、紫外線を含む光の照射と加熱乾燥を同時に実施する。
第6:上記第1の発明方法において、乾燥は、90℃〜130℃の範囲での加熱乾燥である。
第5、第6の発明によれば、上記第1の発明の効果が確実に発揮される。
<実施例1>
ガラス基材に、スプレーにより光触媒を含有するコーティング材を塗布した後、高圧水銀ランプを備えた紫外線照射装置ライン(パナキュアーNUX7762-282:松下電工社製,照射エネルギー8〜10J/cm2)に通し、光照射とドライヤーによる乾燥(120℃)を同時に実施した。
<実施例2>
ガラス基材に、スプレーにより光触媒を含有するコーティング材を塗布した後、高圧水銀ランプを備えた紫外線照射装置ライン(パナキュアーNUX7762-282:松下電工社製, 照射エネルギー8〜10J/cm2)通し、光照射を実施し、その後ドライヤーを備えた乾燥(120℃)した。
<比較例1>
ガラス基材に、スプレーにより光触媒を含有するコーティング材を塗布した後、ドライヤーを備えた乾燥機で乾燥させた。
<比較例2>
実施例2において、乾燥を行った後に光照射を行った。
<光触媒活性の評価>
実施例1,2および比較例1,2の光触媒を塗布したガラス基材の光触媒活性の評価は、アセトアルデヒド分解反応を用いて行った。具体的には、1.5Lのテドラーバッグ容器内にアセトアルデヒドを500ppmの濃度で満たし、そこに実施例1,2および比較例1,2の試料および光触媒を塗布していないガラス(ブランク)を入れ、蛍光灯の光を照射した場合の反応速度定数を求めた。測定にはガスクロマトグラフ(GC−14A型:島津製作所製)。光源には、蛍光灯を用いた(照度1,000 lx)。その結果を表1に示した。比較例1,2よりも、実施例1および2で作製した試料の光触媒活性が高いことが明らかとなった。
Claims (6)
- 光触媒を塗布した内装材の製造方法であって、光触媒を含有するコーティング材を塗装する塗装工程後のコーティング材を乾燥させる乾燥工程前、もしくは乾燥工程において、紫外線を含む光を照射することを特徴とする光触媒を塗布した内装材の製造方法。
- 高圧水銀ランプを備えた紫外線照射装置を用いて光照射することを特徴とする請求項1の光触媒を塗布した内装材の製造方法。
- 光触媒を含有するコーティング材の光触媒が可視光型光触媒であることを特徴とする請求項1または2の光触媒を塗布した内装材の製造方法。
- 光触媒を含有するコーティング材が水系コーティング材であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかの光触媒を塗布した内装材の製造方法。
- 乾燥工程において、紫外線を含む光の照射と加熱乾燥を同時に実施することを特徴とする請求項1の光触媒を塗布した内装材の製造方法。
- 乾燥は、90℃〜130℃の範囲での加熱乾燥であることを特徴とする請求項1の光触媒を塗布した内装材の製造方法。
