Claims (3)
- 波長多重光信号を分光する分光ユニットと、該分光ユニットで分散された光が入射される、反射面の角度可変なミラーと、該ミラーにより反射された反射光が入射される複数の出力ポートとを備え、該反射面の角度制御により前記複数の出力ポートのいずれかに反射光を選択的に出力可能な光スイッチにおいて、
前記分光ユニットは、前記分散された光を、前記分散方向に沿った方向が短軸で前記分散方向と直交する方向が長軸となる楕円ビーム状のスポット径を有して前記ミラー上に集光させ、
前記ミラーは、前記分散方向の所定の側の端部の少なくとも一部について、中心部分に対して反射率を下げた部分を設けた、または、前記中心部分から所定の側の前記端部に向かうほど反射率が下がるようにしたことを特徴とする光スイッチ。 - 前記ミラーは、前記反射率が下がる部分として前記分散方向の所定の側の端部の少なくとも一部に切り欠き部または穴または凹部を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光スイッチ。
- 前記ミラーを前記分散方向に角度制御することにより、前記出力ポートに導く反射光の減衰量を制御する機能を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の光スイッチ。
