Abstract
【解決手段】反射面の角度が可変なMEMSミラー4において、MEMSミラー4は、所定の側の端部4bの少なくとも一部に、中心部分4aに対して反射率を下げた部分を設ける。MEMSミラー4の反射率は、中心部分4aに対して端部4bが低いことにより、MEMSミラー4の角度変更時における端面による光の回折の影響を低減できる。

Claims (11)
- 反射面の角度が可変なミラーにおいて、
所定の側の端部の少なくとも一部に、中心部分に対して反射率を下げた部分を設けたことを特徴とするミラー。 - 前記中心部分から所定の側の前記端部に向かうほど反射率が下がることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のミラー。
- 反射面の角度が可変なミラーにおいて、
所定の側の端部の近傍に切り欠き部または穴または凹部を設けたことを特徴とするミラー。 - 前記ミラーに設けた前記切り欠きは、該ミラーの中心部分に向く方向に先端部を有し、該先端部に向かうほど切り欠きの面積が小さくなるよう形成されたことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のミラー。
- 前記ミラーの所定の側の前記端部は、波長分散ユニットにより波長分散された光が並ぶ方向に対する端部であることを特徴とする請求項1または3に記載のミラー。
- 反射面の角度が可変なミラーを備えたミラーユニットにおいて、
中心部分にビームを照射した場合の照射部分における平均反射率に対して、前記ビームを前記中心部分から所定の側の前記端部の方向に平行移動して照射した場合に、該ビームの照射部分における平均反射率が下がるように形成されたことを特徴とするミラーユニット。 - 反射面の角度が可変なミラーを備えたミラーユニットにおいて、
所定の側の端部には、低反射率部が形成され、
前記低反射率部は、前記中心部分に照射したビームを所定の側の前記端部の方向に移動させた場合に、前記反射面から該ビームがはみ出し始める前に、前記ビームが照射されるように形成されたことを特徴とするミラーユニット。 - 反射面の角度が可変なミラーを備えたミラーユニットにおいて、
前記ミラーに対する光の入出射位置に設けられ、前記ミラーの前記中心位置と前記端部とで異なる反射率を有する反射減衰膜を備えたことを特徴とするミラーユニット。 - 波長多重光信号を分光する分光ユニットと、該分光ユニットで分散された光が入射される、反射面の角度可変なミラーと、該ミラーにより反射された反射光が入射される複数の出力ポートとを備え、該反射面の角度制御により前記複数の出力ポートのいずれかに反射光を選択的に出力可能な光スイッチにおいて、
前記ミラーは、前記分散方向の所定の側の端部の少なくとも一部について、中心部分に対して反射率を下げた部分を設けた、または、前記中心部分から所定の側の前記端部に向かうほど反射率が下がるようにしたことを特徴とする光スイッチ。 - 波長多重光信号を分光する分光ユニットと、該分光ユニットで分散された光が入射される、反射面の角度可変なミラーと、該ミラーにより反射された反射光が入射される複数の出力ポートとを備え、該反射面の角度制御により前記複数の出力ポートのいずれかに反射光を選択的に出力可能な光スイッチにおいて、
前記ミラーは、前記分散方向の所定の側の端部の少なくとも一部に切り欠き部または穴または凹部を設けたことを特徴とする光スイッチ。 - 前記ミラーを前記分散方向に角度制御することにより、前記出力ポートに導く反射光の減衰量を制御する機能を備えたことを特徴とする請求項9または10に記載の光スイッチ。
