Claims (18)
- 一側に開放口が形成された缶と;
正極板,セパレータ及び負極板が積層されたまま複数回巻き取られた状態で前記缶に収容され,前記正極板には前記開放口から外側に向かって正極リードが延設され,前記負極板には前記開放口から外側に向かって負極リードが延設された電極組立体と;
前記缶の開放口を閉塞し,負極リードが接続された電極端子が略中央に挿入されると共に,一側には前記正極リードが接続され,他側には所定の温度で軟化する安全ベントが挿入される貫通孔が形成されたキャッププレートと;
を備え,
前記安全ベントは,
前記貫通孔の直径と略同一の直径を有するボディーと;
前記ボディーの一端に設けられ,前記ボディーの直径より大径を有する係止板と;
を有し,前記係止板は,前記キャッププレートの前記電極組立体側の面に位置することを特徴とする,リチウムイオン二次電池。 - 前記安全ベントは,プラスチックで形成されることを特徴とする,請求項1記載のリチウムイオン二次電池。
- 前記安全ベントは熱可塑性樹脂で形成されることを特徴とする,請求項1記載のリチウムイオン二次電池。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂は,ポリエチレン(PE),ポリプロピレン(PP),ポリスチレン(PS),ポリ塩化ビニル(PVC),ポリ塩化ビニリデン(PVDC),フッ素樹脂,アクリル樹脂,ポリアセト酸ビニル樹脂,ポリアミド樹脂,アセタール樹脂,ポリカーボネート(PC),ポリフェニレンオキシド,ポリエステル,ポリスルホンおよびポリイミドからなる群から選択されたいずれか1つであることを特徴とする,請求項3に記載のリチウムイオン二次電池。
- 前記安全ベントは,錫(Sn),亜鉛(Zn)及び鉛(Pb)を含む合金で形成されることを特徴とする,請求項1記載のリチウムイオン二次電池。
- 前記安全ベントは,錫(Sn),鉛(Pb)及びビスマス(Bi)を含む合金で形成されることを特徴とする,請求項1記載のリチウムイオン二次電池。
- 前記安全ベントは,軟化点が70〜150℃の物質で形成されることを特徴とする,請求項1記載のリチウムイオン二次電池。
- 前記安全ベントは,軟化点が90〜100℃の物質で形成されることを特徴とする,請求項1記載のリチウムイオン二次電池。
- 前記係止板の直径は,前記ボディーの直径の1.1〜2倍であることを特徴とする,請求項1記載のリチウムイオン二次電池。
- 前記係止板の厚みは,前記ボディーの厚みの0.1〜0.9倍であることを特徴とする,請求項1記載のリチウムイオン二次電池。
- 缶と;
前記缶に収容された電極組立体と;
前記缶を閉塞すると共に,所定の温度で軟化する安全ベントが形成されたキャッププレートと;
を備え,
前記安全ベントは,
前記貫通孔の直径と略同一の直径を有するボディーと;
前記ボディーの一端に設けられ,前記ボディーの直径より大径を有する係止板と;
を有し,前記係止板は,前記キャッププレートの前記電極組立体側の面に位置することを特徴とする,リチウムイオン二次電池。 - 前記安全ベントは,プラスチックで形成されることを特徴とする,請求項11記載のリチウムイオン二次電池。
- 前記安全ベントは,熱可塑性樹脂で形成されることを特徴とする,請求項11記載のリチウムイオン二次電池。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂は,ポリエチレン(PE),ポリプロピレン(PP),ポリスチレン(PS),ポリ塩化ビニル(PVC),ポリ塩化ビニリデン(PVDC),フッ素樹脂,アクリル樹脂,ポリアセト酸ビニル樹脂,ポリアミド樹脂,アセタール樹脂,ポリカーボネート(PC),ポリフェニレンオキシド,ポリエステル,ポリスルホンおよびポリイミドからなる群から選択されたいずれか1つであることを特徴とする,請求項13記載のリチウムイオン二次電池。
