以下、本発明の実施の形態を図面を参照して説明する。図1は、有機EL表示装置の製造方法の一例を説明するための平面図である。図2は、有機EL表示装置の製造方法の一例を説明するための斜視図である。

Claims (3)
- 複数の陽極配線と有機EL層と複数の陰極配線とを有する複数の有機EL表示素子と、
前記複数の有機EL表示素子に一括でエージング処理を施すための通電処理用の陽極用共通配線及び陰極用共通配線と、
前記複数の陽極配線をそれぞれ前記陽極用共通配線に接続する、前記陽極用共通配線よりも高抵抗の陽極用接続配線と、
前記複数の陰極配線をそれぞれ前記陰極用共通配線に接続する、前記陰極用共通配線よりも高抵抗の陰極用接続配線と、
を備え、
前記陽極用接続配線及び/又は前記陰極用接続配線は、配線の形成面積を少なくして高抵抗とするため、所定形状を除去して形成された複数の縦配線を有する有機EL表示素子用基板。 - 前記所定形状は四角形状であり、
前記陽極用接続配線及び/又は前記陰極用接続配線は、前記複数の縦配線を繋ぐ横配線をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の有機EL表示素子用基板。 - 前記所定形状は、四角形状、菱形状又は円のドット状のいずれかであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の有機EL表示素子用基板。
