Description
自己ラッチ型のサッシラッチ装置であって、
操作部材に連結され、ラッチ位置から後退位置に移動可能であり、使用時にストライカと係合する第1ボルトと、
前記第1ボルトを後退位置に保持する保持手段と、
前記保持手段を解放して前記第1ボルトを後退位置からラッチ位置に移動可能にする起動手段とを含むラッチ装置が提供されている。
自己保持型のサッシラッチ装置において、
第1ボルトとストライカを有するラッチ本体であって、前記第1ボルトは、使用時に前記第1ボルトが前記ストライカと掛け金状態に係合するラッチ位置と後退位置との間で前記ラッチ本体に移動可能に装着されている、ラッチ本体と、
前記第1ボルトに動作可能に接合され、前記第1ボルトをラッチ位置から後退位置に移動可能にする操作部材と、
前記第1ボルトを後退位置に保持する保持手段と、
前記第1ボルトとともに又は前記第1ボルトと独立して移動可能であり、前記保持手段の解放を有効にし、前記第1ボルトを解放し、前記第1ボルトを後退位置からラッチ位置に移動可能にする解放部材とを含むラッチ装置が提供されている。
・ストライカからラッチを外す動作は、ボタン13をスライド移動する「1回だけの」指運動である。この運動が完了すると、第1ボルト15は後退位置に保持される。したがって、これによりユーザは第1ボルト15をストライカ12に再係合することなく自身の手をラッチから離すことができる。したがって、ユーザは両手が自由になり、窓サッシを開放することができる。
・ラッチはストライカが首尾良く係合したか否かの明確な視覚的表示を与える。これにより、表示29がカバー10の開口31から突出していれば、これは第1ボルト15がその完全突出位置に戻らなかった、すなわち、完全に掛け金がかからなかったことの表示である。この表示は遠方から視覚可能であり、ユーザは窓が安全であれば迅速にアクセスすることができる。
・本発明によるラッチ装置は、その操作に追加の工程を導入することなく、前述の機能を与えることができる。本発明によるラッチ装置は、自己ラッチ型ラッチ装置の全ての利点を保有する一方、自己ラッチ型ラッチ装置では通常得られない機能を提供している。
これにより、突出部53の先端のノブ54が「ボルト後退工程」でフラップ52と脚51を開くことができる。しかしながら、「ボルト係合工程」では、ノブ55は回転中心57の下方の領域56で脚51に接触し、これにより脚51すなわちフラップ52を閉じる。

Claims (14)
- 自己保持型のサッシラッチ装置において、
ストライカと、
第1ボルトを有するラッチ本体であって、前記第1ボルトは、使用時に前記第1ボルトが前記ストライカと掛け金状態に係合するラッチ位置と後退位置との間で前記ラッチ本体に移動可能に装着されている、ラッチ本体と、
前記第1ボルトに動作可能に接合され、前記第1ボルトをラッチ位置から後退位置に移動可能にする操作部材と、
前記第1ボルトを後退位置に保持する保持手段と、
前記第1ボルトに移動可能に係合し、前記第1ボルトとともに、また当該第1ボルトに対して移動可能である第2ボルトとからなり、
前記第2ボルトは先端を有し、該先端は前記操作部材により後退位置に移動したときに前記ストライカの一部と接触するように露出している第1係合面を有し、これにより、前記ラッチ本体と前記ストライカの間の相対移動中に、前記第1係合面と前記ストライカの一部とが接触して、前記第2ボルトが前記第1ボルトに対して移動し、該移動位置で、前記第2ボルトが前記保持手段の解放を有効にし、前記第1ボルトを解放し、前記第1ボルトを後退位置からラッチ位置に移動可能にするラッチ装置。 - 前記第1ボルトは、付勢手段によって付勢されてラッチ位置に移動する請求項1に記載のラッチ装置。
- 前記第2ボルトは前記第1ボルトにスライド可能に位置している請求項1に記載のラッチ装置。
- 前記第1ボルトはシャシーにスライド可能に装着され、前記シャシーはベースに取り外し可能に連結されている請求項1に記載のラッチ装置。
- 前記シャシーに取り外し可能に装着されたカバーをさらに含む請求項4に記載のラッチ装置。
- 前記第1係合面は、前記第2ボルトが移動可能である方向に対して傾斜している面である請求項1に記載のラッチ装置。
- 前記ストライカは壁を有し、該壁は、前記第1ボルトがラッチ位置にあり、前記ラッチ装置がラッチ状態にあるときに、前記第1ボルトの係合部と重複する請求項1に記載のラッチ装置。
- 前記第2ボルトは第2係合面を有し、該第2係合面は、反対方向に生じる前記ラッチ本体と前記ストライカの間の相対移動時に、前記ストライカの一部と係合可能である請求項1に記載のラッチ装置。
- 前記第1ボルトと前記解放手段は別個の付勢手段により独立して付勢されている請求項1に記載のラッチ装置。
- 前記保持手段は、前記第1ボルトの隣接面と係合可能なスプリングクリップである請求項9に記載のラッチ装置。
- 前記解放部材は、該解放部材が前記スプリングクリップを前記隣接面との係合が外れるように移動させ、これにより前記保持部材を解放する位置に移動可能である請求項10に記載のラッチ装置。
- ラッチ位置にあるときに前記第1ボルトと係合可能である制限手段をさらに含む請求項4または11に記載のラッチ装置。
- 前記操作部材により操作可能であり、前記制限手段を解放し、前記第1ボルトのラッチ位置から後退位置への移動を自由にする制限解放手段をさらに有する請求項11に記載のラッチ装置。
- 前記第1ボルトの移動に応じて移動可能であり、前記ラッチ装置がラッチ状態又は非ラッチ状態にあることが本体の外面から視覚的に明らかな表示を与える表示手段をさらに含む請求項1に記載のラッチ装置。
