耐熱性絶縁複合材を製造する方法
用途及び最終用途
実施例1
これらの組成物の各々を、長さ及び幅がおおよそ25cmでそして深さがおおよそ1.5cmの大きさのアルミニウム箔で内張りされた枠中に、スパチュラを用いて拡げた。これらの組成物を、130℃にて2時間乾燥した。これらの組成物が冷却した後、20cm×20cmの試料を枠から切り取り、そしてLAMBDA CONTROLTMA50熱伝導率測定器(独国のHesto Elektronik GmbH製)を用いて、36℃の上定盤温度及び10℃の下定盤温度でもって、各試料の熱伝導率を測定した。試料の密度を、各試料の重量をその寸法で割ることにより決定した。これらの結果は、表1に与えられている。

Claims (11)
- 耐熱性絶縁複合材であって、該耐熱性絶縁複合材は
(a)中空非孔質粒子及びアクリルバインダー、シリコーン含有バインダー、フェノールバインダー及びそれらの混合物から成る群から選択される水性バインダーであるマトリックスバインダーを含む絶縁基層、及び
(b)金属粒子を含む赤外線反射剤及びアクリルバインダー、シリコーン含有バインダー、フェノールバインダー又はそれらの混合物である保護バインダーを含む熱反射層
を含み、しかも該耐熱性絶縁複合材は50mW/(m・K)又はそれ以下の熱伝導率を有する耐熱性絶縁複合材。 - 絶縁基層が5〜99vol%の中空非孔質粒子を含む、請求項1に記載の耐熱性絶縁複合材。
- 絶縁基層が1〜10mmの厚さである、請求項1又は2に記載の耐熱性絶縁複合材。
- 絶縁基層が、乾燥後に0.5g/cm3又はそれ以下の密度を有する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の耐熱性絶縁複合材。
- 熱反射層が1mm又はそれ以下の厚さである、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の耐熱性絶縁複合材。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の耐熱性絶縁複合材を含む基材。
- 基材がモーター駆動式の車両又は装置の部品である、請求項6に記載の基材。
- 基材がモーター駆動式車両のアンダーボディ又はその一部である、請求項6又は7に記載の基材。
- 耐熱性絶縁複合材を製造する方法であって、該方法は
(a)中空非孔質粒子及びアクリルバインダー、シリコーン含有バインダー、フェノールバインダー及びそれらの混合物から成る群から選択される水性バインダーであるマトリックスバインダーを含む絶縁基層を基材上に付与し、そして
(b)アクリルバインダー、シリコーン含有バインダー、フェノールバインダー又はそれらの混合物である保護バインダー及び金属粒子を含む赤外線反射剤を含む熱反射層を該絶縁基層の表面に施用する
ことを含み、しかも該耐熱性絶縁複合材は50mW/(m・K)又はそれ以下の熱伝導率を有する方法。 - 絶縁基層が、吹付けにより基材に施用される、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 熱反射層が、吹付けにより絶縁基層の表面に施用される、請求項9又は10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
