Claims (6)
- 流体移送のための同時押出し管材であって、
前記管材は、
コポリエステルエーテル熱可塑性エラストマーからなる外部層と、
芳香族あるいは脂肪族ポリエーテルベース熱可塑性ポリウレタンエラストマーからなる内部流体接触層と、からなる少なくとも二つの層を有し、
前記コポリエステルエーテル熱可塑性エラストマーは、硬質ポリ‐1,4‐ブタンディオールテレフタレートおよび軟質長鎖ポリアルキレンエーテルテレフタレートブロックコポリマーが、エステルおよびエーテル結合によって交互に連結されたコポリエステルであることを特徴とする同時押出し管材。 - 前記外部層は約0.025mmから約0.152mmまでの範囲の厚みを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の同時押出し管材。
- 前記内部流体接触層は約0.025mmから約0.762mmまでの範囲の厚みを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の同時押出し管材。
- 流体移送のための同時押出し管材であって、
前記管材は、
コポリエステルエーテル熱可塑性エラストマーからなる外部層と、
分枝低密度ポリエチレンまたは直鎖高密度ポリエチレンからなる内部流体接触層と、
前記外部層と前記内部流体接触層との間の中間接合層と、からなる少なくとも三つの層を有することを特徴とする同時押出し管材。 - 前記中間接合層はエチレン‐ビニルアセテートコポリマーであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の同時押出し管材。
- 前記中間接合層は約0.025mmから約0.152mmまでの範囲の厚みを有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の同時押出し管材。
