Claims (9)
- お互いに異なった少なくとも2つの駆動速度用巻線(1U、1V、1W、2U、2V、2W)のある極切換可能な三相モータ(2)の駆動速度を変換するために、三相モータ(2)と電源とを繋ぐ極切換スイッチ要素(5)の付いた巻き上げ機および/または走行装置の駆動回路であって、電源と極切換スイッチ要素(5)との間に電力スイッチ要素(3)を接続し、極切換動作のために三相モータ(2)を電力スイッチ要素(3)により電源から分離できるように構成したことを特徴とする駆動回路。
- 電力スイッチ要素(3)と極切換スイッチ要素(5)との間に方向変換スイッチ要素(4)をさらに接続し、それにより三相モータ(2)の回転方向を変えることができ、方向変換動作のために三相モータ(2)を、電力スイッチ要素(3)により供給電源から切り離すことができるように構成したことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の駆動回路。
- 電力スイッチ要素(3)および極切換スイッチ要素(5)、或いは、電力スイッチ要素(3)、極切換スイッチ要素(5)および方向変換スイッチ要素(4)は制御ロジック(7)と繋がっており、制御ロジック(7)により電力スイッチ要素(3)および極切換スイッチ要素(5)、或いは、電力スイッチ要素(3)、極切換スイッチ要素(5)および方向変換スイッチ要素(4)を連続的に制御して、極切換スイッチ要素(5)、或いは極切換スイッチ要素(5)および方向変換スイッチ要素(4)を各スイッチ動作の前に対応する電力スイッチ要素(3)を制御して電源から切り離し、スイッチ動作の後で再び電力スイッチ要素(3)を通じて電源と繋ぐことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の駆動回路。
- 極切換スイッチ要素(5)、或いは、極切換スイッチ要素(5)および方向変換スイッチ要素(4)の切換時間が200ms以下、好ましくは50ms以下であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の駆動回路。
- 電力スイッチ要素(3)は3つの電力スイッチ接点(3a、3b、3c)を備えており、そのうちの2つは2極の方向変換スイッチ要素(4)の変換スイッチ接点(4a、4b)と、別の1つは直接的に巻線(1U、1V、1W、2U、2V、2W)の1つと繋がっており、方向変換スイッチ接点(4a、4b)は出力側で、2極の極切換スイッチ要素(5)の2つの極切換スイッチ接点(5a、5b)の1つとそれぞれ繋がっていることを特徴とする、請求項2から4のいずれかに記載の駆動回路。
- 三相モータ(2)をブレーキ制御するための電気的機械的ブレーキを備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の駆動回路。
- 電気的機械的ブレーキを制御ロジック(7)により制御することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の駆動回路。
- 機械的ブレーキ(8)を、特にモータ軸(10)に備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の駆動回路。
- 電力スイッチ要素(3)が3つの電力スイッチ接点(3a、3b、3c)および1つの補助接点(3d)を備えており、3つの電力スイッチ接点(3a、3b、3c)のうちの2つが2極の方向変換スイッチ要素(4)の方向変換スイッチ接点(4a、4b)と、別の1つが直接的に巻線(1U、1V、1W、2U、2V、2W)の1つと繋がり、方向変換スイッチ接点(4a、4b)が出力側でそれぞれ2極の極切換スイッチ要素(5)の両方の極切換スイッチ接点(5a、5b)の1つと繋がっており、補助接点(3d)が機械的なブレーキ(8)と繋がっていることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の駆動回路。
