Abstract
PURPOSE:To harmonize the characteristics of winding up and down with a characteristic of a load by a method wherein two sets of three-phase windings are parallelly connected at normal revolution, a first three-phase winding is counter-current connected and a second three-phase winding is normal-current-connected through resistors at normal revolution. CONSTITUTION:A three-phase induction motor for winding a cuttle fishing machine or the like has two sets of Y-connected three-phase windings L1, M1, N1 and L2, M2, N2 and is connected to the supply source through a thyristor controller (b). On the winding operation, the both three-phase windings are connected in parallel and on the lowering operation, the first 3-phase windings L1, M1, N1 are reverse- rotation connected through resistors r1-r3. Accordingly, the winding operation is powerfully performed in the normal rotation and the lowering operation is carried out by a small turning force due to a reverse rotation on the winding operation, and at the same time, the normal turning force acts as a brake to effect winding operation to be performed in steady.
