Claims (3)
- a)基板と;
b)該基板の上方に配置された少なくとも1つの断熱層と;
c)該断熱層の上方に位置していて、該断熱層よりも熱伝導率が大きい第1の電極と;
d)該第1の電極と上記基板の間に上記断熱層を貫通して設けられていて、該断熱層よりも熱伝導率が大きい材料を含む複数の熱コンタクトと;
e)該第1の電極の上方に配置されていて、少なくとも1つの発光層を含む1つ以上の有機層と;
f)該1つ以上の有機層の上方に配置された第2の電極と
を備えるOLEDディスプレイ。 - 上記熱コンタクトが上記第1の電極と熱的に接触している、請求項1に記載のディスプレイ。
- OLEDディスプレイの製造方法であって、
a)基板を用意するステップと;
b)該基板の上方に、複数の貫通孔が設けられた少なくとも1つの断熱層を形成するステップと;
c)該断熱層の複数の貫通孔の中に熱コンタクトを形成するステップと;
d)該断熱層の上方に第1の電極を形成するステップと;
e)該第1の電極の上方に発光層を配置するステップと;
f)該発光層の上方に第2の電極を形成するステップ
を含む方法。
