Claims (3)
- 超臨界流体を循環するためのポンプ組立体であって、前記ポンプ組立体が、
ポンプ入口からポンプ出口へ流体を押し出すインペラーと、
前記インペラーに結合されて、第1と第2の耐食性軸受で支持されたポンプ軸と、
前記ポンプ軸を駆動するモーターセクションと、
を備え、前記モーターセクションが、
エポキシ樹脂に埋め込まれ、非磁性材料のスリーブの中に入れられた電動モーターのローターと、
ポリマースリーブによって流体からシールされたステーターと、を備え、
更に、前記ポンプ組立体が、前記ポンプ内で分流した前記超臨界流体の一部のための出口流路と、前記出口流路に接続され、前記出口流路から流出した前記超臨界流体の一部を前記ポンプ入口に戻すように前記ポンプ入口に接続する、外部流路と、を備え、
前記外部流路が、熱交換器とフィルターとを備え、
前記ポンプ内で分流した前記超臨界流体の一部が、前記ポンプ組立体の内部を通り、前記第1の耐食性軸受と、前記モーターセクションと、前記第2の耐食性軸受と、を冷却し、前記出口流路から流出して、前記外部流路に流入し、
前記外部流路が前記超臨界流体の一部を前記ポンプ入口に戻す前に、前記熱交換器が、前記超臨界流体の一部の温度を調整し、前記フィルターが、前記超臨界流体の一部に発生した微粒子を除去する、
超臨界流体を循環するためのポンプ組立体。 - 超臨界流体が、超臨界二酸化炭素である、請求項1に記載の超臨界流体を循環するためのポンプ組立体。
- 超臨界流体が、添加物又は溶媒を混合した超臨界二酸化炭素である、請求項1に記載の超臨界流体を循環するためのポンプ組立体。
