Claims (4)
- 少なくとも一端が開放し、上部周面に軸方向に整列して設けられた複数の開口を有し、内部に蒸発材料を収容する中空容器と、
この中空容器の開口端を閉じる蓋体と、
中空容器の前記複数の開口が形成された軸方向の領域以外の周面全体を覆うとともに、前記複数の開口の部分が開放され、電力の供給によって発熱する板状のヒータと、
を有し、前記中空容器は、前記ヒータの内側空間に対し、挿脱自在であるとともに、
前記ヒータを上方側から覆い、下部側が固定部材によって閉じられる支持部材を一対設け、これによってヒータの両端部を支持することを特徴とする蒸発装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置において、
前記中空容器は、丸パイプ型であり、前記ヒータも同様の形状であることを特徴とする蒸発装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載の装置において、
前記中空容器および前記蓋体は、前記蓋体の少なくとも一部が前記中空容器の内部に端部から挿入され、中空容器の内壁と蓋体の外周面を摺り合わせ接触することを特徴とする蒸発装置。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の装置において、
前記ヒータには、多数の開口が形成されていることを特徴とする蒸発装置。
