Claims (6)
- ウェル内のサンプルのための電気泳動路が形成されるようにウェル内に挿入されるべき、キャピラリアレイアッセンブリであり、
それぞれのウェルに挿入されるべき複数のキャピラリと、
その中にそれぞれキャピラリを収容する内周を有する、複数の円筒型電極と、
キャピラリと電極を一体に保持するキャピラリアレイホルダと、を有し、
各内周と各キャピラリとの間の隙間が接着剤で充填されている、キャピラリアレイアッセンブリ。 - 前記隙間は隙間内にサンプルが残らないように制限されている、請求項1に記載のキャピラリアレイアッセンブリ。
- 前記電気泳動路に電圧を印加するための電源と複数の円筒電極とを電気的に接続する接続手段を前記キャピラリアレイホルダに備える、請求項1に記載のキャピラリアレイアッセンブリ。
- その中で、ウェル内のサンプルのための電気泳動路が形成されるように、キャピラリアレイアッセンブリがウェル内に挿入されるようにされた、キャピラリ電気泳動装置であり、
それぞれのウェルに挿入されるべき複数のキャピラリと、
その中にそれぞれキャピラリを収容する内周を有する、複数の円筒型電極と、
キャピラリアレイアッセンブリを形成するよう、キャピラリと電極を一体に保持するキャピラリアレイホルダと、
円筒型電極を電気的に励起するための電源と、
サンプルゲルをレーザー光で照射励起し、且つ当該励起により発生した光を検知するための分光器と、を有し、
各内周と各キャピラリとの間の隙間が接着剤で充填されている、キャピラリアレイアッセンブリを備えるキャピラリ電気泳動装置。 - 前記隙間は隙間内にサンプルが残らないように制限されている、請求項4に記載のキャ
ピラリ電気泳動装置。
- 複数の円筒電極と電源とを電気的に接続する接続手段をキャピラリアレイホルダに備える、請求項4に記載のキャピラリ電気泳動装置。
