Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態1に係る電圧制御発振器を示す回路図である。この電圧制御発振器は、可変容量素子6へ印加する電圧により発振周波数を制御する電圧制御発振部21と、可変容量素子6の一端に周波数制御バイアスを印加する周波数制御バイアス回路7と、可変容量素子6の他端に温度補償バイアスを印加する温度補償バイアス回路10と、温度補償バイアスを発生させて温度補償バイアス回路10に供給する温度補償バイアス発生回路22とを備えている。
図3は、本発明の実施の形態2に係る電圧制御発振器を示す回路図である。この電圧制御発振器は、実施の形態1に係る電圧制御発振器とは温度補償バイアス発生回路22の内部構成が異なる。

Claims (2)
- 可変容量素子へ印加する電圧により発振周波数を制御する電圧制御発振部と、
前記可変容量素子の一端に周波数制御バイアスを印加する周波数制御バイアス回路と、
前記可変容量素子の他端に温度補償バイアスを印加する温度補償バイアス回路と、
前記温度補償バイアスを発生させて前記温度補償バイアス回路に供給する温度補償バイアス発生回路とを備え、
前記温度補償バイアス発生回路は、
前記温度補償バイアス回路にコレクタ又はドレインが接続されたトランジスタと、
前記トランジスタのコレクタ又はドレインに一端が接続され他端が接地された第1抵抗と、
前記トランジスタのベース又はゲートに一端が接続された第2抵抗と、
前記第2抵抗の他端に接続されたベース又はゲートバイアス印加用端子と、
前記トランジスタのエミッタ又はソースに一端が接続された第3抵抗と、
前記第3抵抗の他端に接続されたエミッタ又はソースバイアス印加用端子とを有することを特徴とする電圧制御発振器。 - 可変容量素子へ印加する電圧により発振周波数を制御する電圧制御発振部と、
前記可変容量素子の一端に周波数制御バイアスを印加する周波数制御バイアス回路と、
前記可変容量素子の他端に温度補償バイアスを印加する温度補償バイアス回路と、
前記温度補償バイアスを発生させて前記温度補償バイアス回路に供給する温度補償バイアス発生回路とを備え、
前記温度補償バイアス発生回路は、
前記温度補償バイアス回路にカソードが接続されたダイオードと、
前記ダイオードのアノードにコレクタ又はドレインが接続されたトランジスタと、
前記トランジスタのコレクタ又はドレインに一端が接続された第1抵抗と、
前記第1抵抗の他端に接続されたコレクタ又はドレインバイアス印加用端子と、
前記トランジスタのベース又はゲートに一端が接続された第2抵抗と、
前記第2抵抗の他端に接続されたベース又はゲートバイアス印加用端子と、
前記トランジスタのエミッタ又はソースに一端が接続され他端が接地された第3抵抗と、
前記温度補償バイアス回路に一端が接続され他端が接地された第4抵抗とを有することを特徴とした電圧制御発振器。
