Description
・遠隔制御器は、RF範囲内の全ての照明ユニットを、学習モードにするためにコマンド信号を伝送する。
米国特許第6333605号明細書は、バラスト(ballast)の変調により、設備によって放出される光を変調することを記載している。操作者が照明ゾーンをセットアップするとき、ハンドヘルド・ユニットがそのゾーンの番号にセットされる。操作者はバラストのIDを受け取り、壁に取り付けられたコントローラをポイントし、ハンドヘルド・ユニットをいじってゾーン番号およびバラストIDをコントローラに送信する。このように、操作者は、非常に長い番号でありうるバラストのIDを手動で記録する必要が決してない。
・段階40において、システム内の一組の照明ユニットは、それらの変調された光出力を介して各IDコードを連続的に伝送する。この変調は、認知可能なフリッカが発生しないように十分に高い周波数にあるべきである。IDコードの伝送は、照明ユニットの始動時に行われ、遠隔制御器との関連付けを完了するために必要な時間の間少なくとも続けられることが好適である。この一組は、例えば、室内の全ての照明ユニット、ローカルエリアネットワークにおける全ての照明ユニット等の照明ユニットの任意の論理的な組み合わせであり得る。
Claims (10)
- 制御マスタと、一組の照明ユニットとを有し、全てが共通に受信されるワイヤレス伝送を介して通信するワイヤレス制御される照明システムにおける、それぞれ一意の識別コードを有する前記一組の照明ユニットを遠隔制御器の各制御要素に関連付ける方法であって、
a.前記照明ユニットのそれぞれが、それぞれの識別コードを搬送する変調された光信号を伝送する段階と、
b.前記遠隔制御器を、前記遠隔制御器が前記照明ユニットのうちの1つのみから前記変調された光信号を受信する場所に位置付けする段階と、
c.前記遠隔制御器の前記制御要素のうち選択した1つの制御要素を作動させて、該選択した制御要素を前記受信される変調された光信号を伝送する照明ユニットに関連付ける段階と、
d.前記遠隔制御器から前記制御マスタに、前記照明ユニットの前記一意の識別コード及び前記照明ユニットが関連付けられた前記制御要素を識別する信号を伝送する段階と、
e.前記一組における残りの照明ユニットのそれぞれに対し段階b乃至dのそれぞれを繰り返す段階と、
を有する方法。 - 前記一組における各照明ユニットは、制御マスタ装置又はスレーブ装置として選択的に動作する適応可能装置を有する請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記遠隔制御器は、前記一組の照明ユニットの前記制御マスタとして動作するよう前記適応可能装置のうちの1つを選択する請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記一意の識別コードは、予め割当てされる請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記一意の識別コードは、前記制御要素の各照明ユニットとの関連付けの時に決定される請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記照明ユニットのそれぞれは、前記照明ユニットが電源投入された後に所定期間の間前記変調された光信号を伝送する請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記変調された光信号は、照明のために前記照明ユニットによって放射される光を有する請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記選択した制御要素は、前記遠隔制御器上のボタンである、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記選択した制御要素は、前記遠隔制御器上のタッチスクリーン上の記号である、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記選択した制御要素は、ユーザによって生成される音声を有する、請求項1記載の方法。
