Description
Claims (18)
- チャッキング及び調節取付具を有し、このチャッキング及び調節取付具部品がクランプ及び調節をする少なくとも3つのユニットを有し、これらの3つのユニットのうちの少なくとも2つのユニットが放射方向において定められた調節を操作量により可能にする作動装置を有し、更に部品の同心度からの逸脱を検知するのに適合された測定装置を有する、回転駆動され得る部品の同心チャッキング用装置であって、計算装置が設けられていて、測定装置が2つの測定ピックアップを有し、これらの2つの測定ピックアップが軸方向に互いにずれて配置されていて部品をサンプリングし、しかも、これらの2つの測定ピックアップが、部品の同心度を確実にする操作量を計算して、部品の傾斜ずれ又は平行ずれ無く部品の同心度を確実にする計算装置に連結されていることを特徴とする同心チャッキング用装置。
- チャッキング及び調節取付具が、クランプ及び調節をする3つのユニットの第1セットと、3つのユニットの第1セットに対して軸方向にずれたクランプ及び調節をするユニットの第2セットを更に有する、請求項1に記載された同心チャッキング用装置。
- ユニットが互いに等角度間隔で設けられていて、ユニットの第1セットとユニットの第2セットの各々が、2つの調節ユニットと1つのクランピングユニットから形成されていて、2つの調節ユニットの各々が、作動装置を有する、請求項2に記載された同心チャッキング用装置。
- 調節ユニットが、好ましくは放射方向に調節可能なプランジャを有し、クランピングユニットが、放射方向にクランプされ得るプランジャを含む、請求項3に記載された同心チャッキング用装置。
- 調節ユニットが、止めネジ又はサーボ駆動部を用いて放射方向に調節され得るプランジャを含む、請求項4に記載された同心チャッキング用装置。
- 作動装置の各々が、ステッピング量減少(ダウン)システムを備えている、請求項3、4又は5に記載された同心チャッキング用装置。
- 各作動装置が、異なるピッチの2つのネジを備えた差動ネジを有し、移動の差異が放射方向の調節のための作動行程値に変換される、請求項6に記載された同心チャッキング用装置。
- 第1のネジにより駆動される第2のネジが、調節コーンを介した円錐形の外表面で複数のボールに作用しており、これらの複数のボールは更に静止した円錐形の内表面に案内されており、複数のボールが、プランジャに作用して、2つの円錐形の外表面と内表面に沿った横方向移動により、作動装置のセット動作の更なるステッピング量減少(ダウン)を生み出している、請求項7に記載された同心チャッキング用装置。
- プランジャがフランジに形成されており、フランジにボールが作用する、請求項8に記載された同心チャッキング用装置。
- フランジが、少なくとも1つのバネエレメントによりボールに対して放射方向外側にバイアスされており、調節コーンを放射方向外側にフランジに対してバイアスする少なくとも1つの第2バネエレメントが更に設けられている、請求項9に記載された同心チャッキング用装置。
- クランピングユニットが、テンションバネにより放射方向にテンションを与えられ得るプランジャを有し、プランジャがテンションを与えられた位置において、プランジャがテンションバネにより放射方向内側に付勢されている、請求項3〜10のいずれかに記載された同心チャッキング用装置。
- 部品をチャックするためのチャッキング装置が設けられていて、チャッキング装置がチャッキング及び調節取付具に受容されるクランピングセクションを有する、請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載された同心チャッキング用装置。
- 計算装置が、操作量の視覚及び/又は聴覚表示のためのディスプレイを備えている、請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載された同心チャッキング用装置。
- 計算装置が、自動作動手段に連結されていて、チャックされた部品の同心度のために調節ユニットを自動的に調節する、請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載された同心チャッキング用装置。
- 自動作動手段の各々が、各調節ユニットのためのステッピングモータを有する、請求項14に記載された同心チャッキング用装置。
- 回転駆動され得る部品の同心チャッキングのための方法であって、部品が、チャッキング及び調節取付具において、部品をチャック及び調節するのに適合された少なくとも2つの調節ユニットと、少なくとも1つのクランピングユニットによりチャックされ、その後部品が回転操作に向けてセットされ、同心度からの逸脱が、軸方向に互いにずれた2つの測定ピックアップを用いて測定されて操作量に変換されることにより、調節ユニットが調節されて傾斜ずれ及び平行ずれ無く部品の同心度を達成する方法。
- 部品が、チャッキング及び調節取付具において、ユニットの2つのセットを用いてチャックされ、その2つのセットの各々が、2つの調節ユニットと1つのクランピングユニットを有し、これらが軸方向に互いにずれていて、傾斜ずれ及び平行ずれの無い同心度を達成する目的で、4つの調節ユニットが調節されることにより、操作量が測定された測定値から計算される、請求項16に記載された方法。
- 計算された操作量がサーボ駆動部に供給されることにより、調節ユニットが同心度を達成する目的で自動的に調節される、請求項16又は請求項17に記載された方法。
