Claims (10)
- 駆動原動機と、車両ドアとを該駆動原動機によって選択的にオンオフ接続する駆動系の内部に配置するための電磁摩擦係合クラッチ装置(1;20)であって、
摩擦ライニング(2)を備え、第一の軸(3)と回転方向堅固に接続されるアーマチュア部(4)と、
前記アーマチュア部(4)の前記摩擦ライニング(2)と離間する側に配置された電磁コイル(6)と、
回転方向堅固に、しかし軸線方向に摺動可能に第二の軸(9)と接続される接極子ディスク(10)とを備え、
前記アーマチュア部(4)に少なくとも1つの永久磁石(15)が配置されており、該永久磁石(15)の電磁力が、それによって通電されていない該電磁コイル(6)において、該車両ドアがオフ時に占める位置で確実に静止するように、充分大きい前記アーマチュア部(4)の前記摩擦ライニング(2)に対する力で、前記接極子ディスク(10)が押圧され、それに続く該車両ドアの手動操作時においては、該接極子ディスク(10)と該摩擦ライニング(2)との間の摩擦係合が打破され得る、電磁摩擦係合クラッチ装置。 - 車両ドア又は車両扉がそれぞれクラッチ装置(1;20)のオフ時に占める位置で確実に静止するように、充分大きいアーマチュア部(4)の摩擦ライニング(2)に対する力で、接極子ディスク(10)が通電されていない電磁コイル(6)において、永久磁石(15)および弾性エレメント(21)に基づき一緒に押圧されるように、接極子ディスク(10)が少なくとも1つの弾性エレメント(21)によって軸線方向に付勢され、それに続く車両ドア又は車両扉の手動操作時においては、接極子ディスク(10)と摩擦ライニング(2)との間の摩擦係合が打破され得ることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電磁摩擦係合クラッチ装置。
- 弾性エレメント(21)が、押しバネ、皿バネ、波形ワッシャ又はゴムダンパであることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の電磁摩擦係合クラッチ装置。
- 第二の軸(9)が、対応する溝状の接極子ディスク(10)のクリアランス(13)の中に噛合う軸線方向のガイド部(12)を含む接極子ディスクサポート(11)と外側で回転方向堅固に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の電磁摩擦係合クラッチ装置。
- 第二の軸(9)又は接極子ディスクサポート(11)が、接極子ディスク(10)と対向する側に開く少なくとも1つの袋穴(22)を押しバネ(21)の収容のために含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の電磁摩擦係合クラッチ装置。
- アーマチュア部(4)が、該アーマチュア部の摩擦ライニング(2)から離間する側にクリアランス(5)を有し、コイル(6)が前記クリアランスの中に少なくとも部分的に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の電磁摩擦係合クラッチ装置。
- コイル(6)が、ハウジングに固定して軸支されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の電磁摩擦係合クラッチ装置。
- 接極子ディスクサポート(11)が該接極子ディスクサポートのアーマチュア部(4)と対向する側に、アーマチュア部(4)の摩擦ライニング(2)を完全に覆う、全周にわたって延在する厚リップ(14)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載の電磁摩擦係合クラッチ装置。
- クラッチ装置(1;20)をオンさせるために電磁コイル(6)が永久磁石(15)の磁界と等方向である磁界を生じる電流で作動され、それによって接極子ディスク(10)がアーマチュア部(4)の摩擦ライニング(2)に対して確実に押圧され、かつクラッチ装置(1;20)をオフさせるために電磁コイル(6)が永久磁石(15)の磁界と逆方向である磁界を生じる電流で作動され、それによって接極子ディスク(10)がアーマチュア部(4)の摩擦ライニング(2)に対して押圧されず、又は緩くのみ押圧されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一つに記載の電磁摩擦係合クラッチ装置の動作方法。
- 電磁コイル(6)が、車両ドア又は車両扉のそれぞれの位置に依存する値を有する電流で作動されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の電磁摩擦係合クラッチ装置の動作方法。
