Claims (2)
- 表面に被膜を備えた複数の平板状ワークを重ね合わせてレーザ溶接するレーザ溶接方法において、
先行する一方の電極であって最表層のワークに一定の力で当接する可動電極と、他方の電極であって前記最表層のワークを圧接し隣接ワークに密着させる固定電極とからなる一対の電極間に通電し、
前記可動電極及び前記固定電極が当接する前記最表層のワークの電極当接部、又は、該ワークの電極当接部と電極当接部から伝熱される前記隣接ワークの伝熱部とを熱膨張させ、次いで収縮させることにより変形部を形成し、該変形部を互いに隣接するワークから離反させて、重ね合わせたワーク間に間隙を形成し、
該間隙の間隔が、加熱された被膜の気化により生成する蒸気の揮散可能な広さとなる位置に、レーザビームを照射させることを特徴とするレーザ溶接方法。 - 表面に被膜を備えた複数の平板状ワークを重ね合わせた状態でレーザ溶接するレーザ溶接装置であって、
最表層のワークに通電させて該ワークの電極当接部、又は、該ワークの電極当接部と該電極当接部から伝熱される隣接ワークの伝熱部とを熱膨張させ、次いで収縮させることにより変形部を形成し、該変形部を互いに隣接するワークから離反させて、重ね合わせたワーク間に間隙を形成する一対の電極と、
前記間隙の間隔が、加熱された被膜の気化により生成する蒸気の揮散可能な広さとなる位置にレーザビームを照射して溶接を行うレーザヘッドとを備え、
前記一対の電極は、先行する一方の電極であって最表層のワークに一定の力で当接する可動電極と、他方の電極であって前記レーザヘッドから所定間隔を隔てた位置に前記最表層のワークと圧接し前記隣接ワークに密着させる固定電極とからなることを特徴とするレーザ溶接装置。
